I just started Understood Care and so far very pleased. I was contacted shortly after I applied. Fist a short visit with a Doctor following assignment of my advocate Michelle. She is an angel, very knowledgeable and willing to listen and help. We are working on getting my medication to affordable. Thank you for caring ❤️

Courtney is a very polite girl. She know what she doing. She's trying to help me and she doing a great job.

Sheila Kidze is working to meet my request and keep me informed on her progress. She ask me what I need and is very patient with me. I am pleased to know her.

I haven't been with understood care for very long. nut I tell you what it took such a load off my mind and my anxiety knowing that I have somebody to speak for me and to go over all my paperwork that makes me panic, And I don't know how to get it straight and understand. It all is overwhelming. but once I got my advocate really showed me me that they can help me with all my concerns. And issues. thank you understood care 🫴❤️🙏
