I got a call from my advocate Tamarian about a prescription that I was trying to get. It’s been very stressful being in a senior and trying to get this taken care of. She called at a perfect time. She said she would have everything handled for me I didn’t have to do any of the running around. She would take care of all of it. I was very happy to hear that and she has proven herself correct she has done a lot and she is amazing. She has contacted everybody that needs to be contacted so I can get this going and I’m very thankful because it’s more than just the medication because once I get the medication I can have my surgery which means a lot to me. She’s definitely a godsend and I thank her every day for helping me out.

I am 70 years old and I am overwhelmed looking after my husband and I this past year. I just started working with Shomeka from Understood Care and she is a good listener and she follows through with assisting me with simple things of getting the due dates changed on my Electric Bill and one other bill. I am still working with her on some major dental work I need done and getting some additional assistance on my utility bil. She has been a lifesaver just wish we could get her to be my husband’s advocate also?
