These people are UNPROFESSIONAL, we booked with them, call them because it was an schedule change on the Inbound flight, and seven days prior to our departure, they notify us that our best option is to request a PARTIAL REFUND for the INBOUND flight. PLEASE DO NOT BPOPOK WITH THEM, you rather Pay extra and go with a headache.

I hit too quickly on choosing the flights and did not realize that there are about 20 hours of waiting time in Dubai in transit when there is another flight available in just one hour. I realized that in a few minutes after submitting the booking. In March, I booked an itinerary for November, wanting a return flight in May. I was informed that the booking could not be made more than a year in advance. The agent suggested that I could pay extra for a flexible ticket, and that would solve my problem. So I booked a return flight for February. Now it's May, and I want to change the return date to one year from now. But now they inform me that one year from the booking date (March 22) is the limit of the ticket's flexibility, and they will not refund my ticket. So, I can't do what I need to do, and that I was originally led to believe I could, and I'm out the money. I feel scammed. Here is an update, May 19, 2023. This review resulted in Underpricer reaching out to me, when no one would listen before. They did their supposedly thorough investigation, and their conclusion was to give me a refund of the extra I had paid for a flexible ticket -- roughly $200. We are still stuck with an inflexible flight itinerary that was never what we wanted. Issue resolved? No way. Further update, May 30, 2023: They have refunded us about $1,200 for a flight itinerary that cost us over $1,700. This means that they have kept more than $500 of our money, leaving us nothing in return, due to a booking we'd never have made but for their misinformation. Too bad they won't make this right.

Found a flight deal online, and CS from UP chat pop-up, asked for help, told him I'm booking my flight, Said, let me check for cheaper price, I already know, he can beat the price, put me on hold over 45mn. and texted me with a $400 more that I was trying to book. Finally, decided to book my found ticket after wasting over an hour with them. the transaction didn't go through, and received a call from UP that the transcation failed because of the increased fare from $1182.00 to $1689.00, told me what happened. He didn't care and told me can't do nothing. It's a scam....don't buy from them...
