Don't believe anything they say.
I purchased a round trip and paid extra for refund for any reason. I could not make return trip as passport is with consulate for visa review. Underpricer refused to honor cancellation as I had used first flight. So much for "any reason". Essentially stole $800 and offered me a $100 coupon for future flights through their agency; not in a million years...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We genuinely regret the disappointment and frustration this situation has caused you. Please know that we strive to be transparent about the terms of our Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) plan, which is designed to provide added flexibility prior to the start of travel. As outlined at the time of booking, the plan must be activated at least 24 hours before the first scheduled departure and cannot be applied once the trip has commenced or to individual segments of a round-trip itinerary. We understand how unforeseen circumstances—like your passport being held for visa processing—can impact travel plans, and we truly empathize with your situation. That said, once the first leg of your journey was flown, the CFAR coverage was regrettably no longer valid per the policy’s conditions. We value your trust and are sincerely sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. While we are bound by the terms of the policy, your feedback is important and will be shared with our leadership team to continue improving the clarity and support we offer our customers. If there's anything further we can do to assist or clarify, please don’t hesitate to reach out. -Sincerely, Team Underpricer

Great Service by the rep “Silver”
I went through a great experience with customer service rep ‘Silver’. After my booking got cancelled somehow, but he was quickly able to address the issue and found a same flight for me, which I was able to successfully book. He stayed on the phone the whole time and guided me to ensure it gets booked this time. He also followed up with the payment processing team to ensure there were no last minute surprises. Thank you Silver for your help.

Unexpectedly great customer service
I booked flights to Portugal through Kayak and it ended up going through Underpricer. Branson found me a better flight (nonstop, better amenities) for less money and was amazingly helpful getting everything booked for us. I totally was not expecting a personal travel agent who I had a direct line to when booking through a site like Kayak, but that’s what happened. Saved me $$ and Brandon was super responsive and helpful. Thank you!
