The Costumer service was wonderful! I had ordered items for my daughter's bridal shower and they got lost in transit; I had the tracking #, but it just kept telling me it was in transit. I have used this company many times and always received my orders quickly so I was worried when three weeks had passed and no order. I contacted Customer Service via email and within 24 hours they had responded with a new shipment and expedited the shipping so I would have the items in time for the shower. I will use this company again and I do recommend them to others.

My gift to a friend was damaged in shipping. Not the fault of uncommon goods. Uncommon goods immediately responded on a weekend and replaced the gift at no additional cost to me. Stellar service!

They sell your information. I have spent months trying to get off of a million mailing lists and such. I will never purchase anything from them again, and have spread the word widely among family and friends to avoid them for this reason.

Received a gift of American Tea selection and found it to be excellent. The Tea is wholesome and tastes like the name attached to it. It is the first Tea I have ever tasted that had a taste and not some simply hot water. I contacted the maker and asked if there were larger containers of the Tea. They said they did not make larger containers, but said they would look into the cost of producing larger containers than provided in the Sample Box given as a gift. I would order more of the Teas that I prefer.

Received items damaged and obviously due to carrier mishap as package was visibly damaged ..Customer Service was incredibly accommodating in sending replacement with no questions asked ...
