When I'm looking for something special and unique, Uncommon Goods is where I often turn. I appreciate that you share so much backstory about the sellers on your site - I'm always especially happy to support small businesses and artisans. I like the perk of free shipping with my membership, and I've always received items relatively quickly. I've had only great experiences with Uncommon Goods!

I bought the pug dog eyeglasses holder for my aunt’s birthday and she absolutely loved it! Shipping was fast and price of object was great.

Never received item. No communication only that item shipped and ETA was 10.24. Just learned that they gave me a partial refund for the item and taxes only. Didn’t give me shipping fee. I have reached out to customer service. Will see what happens. Hopefully it is rectified because I really don’t want to stop purchasing from them.
