Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

As always, the products are quality and the service is exceptional. I've had nothing but good transactions thus far, and even the recipients have said they will now start using the service too!

Placed an order for my best friends birthday out of state and while using ShopPay, I accidentally had it scheduled to ship to my house. I sent an email and it was rectified quickly in less than two hours with a real response from an actual person! Not too mention, I love the selection of products to choose from

I loved creating my own gift box to surprise my friend going through a tough time. The premade ones are also great, but I had a budget. The selection of items to pick from is really incredible and the delivery was quick. Definitely recommend!

Website is easy to navigate, so many great items to choose from. The gift boxes arrived in a timely manner and very well presented. The gift recepients loved the gifts! Will definitely be using Unbox Me again.
