We deeply regret the frustration and inconvenience you experienced while attempting to cancel your order and obtain a refund. We understand how disappointing it must have been to request cancellation shortly after placing your order, only to encounter repeated communications and delays instead of receiving a timely resolution. We also recognize your frustration with receiving repeated offers to keep the product after you had clearly expressed your desire to cancel and obtain a refund. Having to exchange numerous emails over an extended period to resolve this matter was unacceptable, and we sincerely regret the time and effort this required from you. To resolve the matter, a full refund has now been issued for your order, and we have also sent a confirmation directly in response to your email. We regret that it took so long to reach this resolution and that our previous communications did not adequately address your request. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing this experience to help improve our customer service processes. While we understand that the delay caused significant frustration, we hope the completed refund provides a resolution to your concerns.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment described in your review. We understand how upsetting it would be to receive products that do not match what you ordered, especially after already contacting us for assistance and receiving instructions that did not accurately reflect the items in your order. We are also sorry for the confusion regarding the return instructions and the resolution previously offered. We understand that a partial discount would not be an appropriate resolution if the products received were not what you ordered. We take your concerns seriously and want the opportunity to review your order and address this matter properly. We have reached out to request your order and contact information so we can locate your purchase, investigate what happened, and work toward a resolution that appropriately addresses your concerns. We regret that your previous experience left you feeling ignored and misled. Our goal is to ensure that your case is reviewed thoroughly and that we do everything we can to resolve the matter fairly.
