FRAUD! DO. NOT. PURCHASE. They are HORRIBLE and I will be contacting both PayPal and my bank for fraud! I pre-ordered several items for my daughter. I was patient with COVID, shipping, etc. It has been SIX MONTHS and we still have not received anything. I contacted the company and they stated that they could not offer a refund per their policy. Apparently, no refunds are allowed 60 days after shipment. Shipment? MY package never shipped. They have responded FIVE separate times providing a FedEx tracking number that DOES NOT EXIST! Despite explaining this to them multiple times, they ignore everything and send another email with the same tracking number; refusing to offer any refund. I thought it best to call, but there is no phone number AT ALL. I have never written a review much less a negative one. I have five kids from 23-15 and I have NEVER experienced anything like this before! It’s theft; pure and simple.

They are scam artists who claim YouTube videos that do not contain any of their content in the hope that the YouTube creators are too frightened to Dispute the claim. They should be banned from using the Youtube content ID tool, because they are misusing it to the detriment of everyone except the nasty worms who pocket the money advertisers pay. This scam is facilitated by the incompetence of both YouTube and Universal Music Group. They should both hang their heads in shame.

This company should be investigated and fined. Their store is basically a scam. Digital prices are forced upon consumers to purchase physical items. Even if not downloaded and the physical items are lost and unable to be replaced, or returned, the company won't refund digital downloads. This is theft IMO and specifically done to manipulate sales/the charts. It is a con. The consumer is forced to purchase these items or not get the physical items they want. It is a con. It should be illegal. And I hope that every person who reads this reports Universal to their country's BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU or similar company. IT IS A CON AND SHOULD BE OUTLAWED!!

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order online for an Ariana Grande face covering and crewneck on 29th June 2020, it never arrived. Having contacted customer services was told that the items are out of stock, they charged me for the delivery too on the day I placed the order. Stop advertising items that you are unable to fulfil, I have a very disappointed little girl! No effort is made to inform you, I have had to write multiple emails to request a refund which is still outstanding, will be raising this with PayPal.

Do not buy autographs items! They will never deliver them! Bought a Lady Gaga CD and signed card on May 22nd. Stated it would ship around May 29th. Still hadn't received them on August 9th, so I filed a complaint with Paypal. Got a full refund on 8/22, no thanks to this lousy company! Avoid at all cost!

If I could give them a -0 I would I ordered a signed Halsey record it was a pre-order back in December is supposed to be shipped in February it’s already August 2020 haven’t received anything I can’t get a refund back cause PayPal only has a refund policy of 180 days I didn’t put a claim in those 180 days cause I was waiting for the record. I’ve sent over 100 emails to them with no response actually they did respond twice saying that they’re going to issue a refund 7 to 10 days but I was over two months ago still haven’t received anything from them like I mention I’ve emailed them over 100 times if I was anyone on this reading this never order anything from universal music group. They have no comparison for you or your money. In my opinion if you order a pre-order item and they can’t deliver it they should refund you not give you a lame excuse!!!!

Zero stars! Ordered signed Halsey limited edition vinyl 4th Dec 2019. Several emails as item has not arrived with lame excuses of production delay. Still not received and we are nearly in August 8 months after ordering! Last email stated digital downloads not available as of copyrights in my country, UK, therefore no refund! I didn’t order digital download it came with the vinyl as a plus. This is a complete scam for them to take your money for goods they clearly don’t have and then refuse a refund stating copyright as you ordered a digital download despite the fact you never did but they add it on purpose. Avoid it really is fraud.

They take your money and then say there's production delays, backorders, etc. It's like every single item is never available in the timeframe they mention. I ordered stuff back in May, it's now the middle of July and they were "shipped" but have no idea where my package is. I contacted both USPS and UPS and nobody knows where it is, I still haven't received other things I bought but they had no problem taking my money right away. Even if your favorite artist has cute merch, if they use this store stay FAR away.
