Absolutely disgusted by the lack of care with this horrible service. I ordered Lady Gaga album digital version and I am in Canada. They said it will be sent to be by June 1st. I thought right away, why would a digital album need to be shipped 3 days from now? However, I waited. Then I reached out to customer care on the 2nd as no email or copy appeared. The email from “ josh “ at customer care told me, I will not receive the copy as it is only for American customers. So why did you accept my cc? I tried to get some sort of response over the past month and last week “ Jim” responded and said, we will issue you a refund. “ now today June 18th I get another random email from “ josh” saying I cannot get a refund and cannot access the digital copy lol this is a total scam. Stay away. Do not purchase anything from this company. To all non American shoppers. They will steal your dollars and cc info. Everyone in general should be very careful. I’m sorry for all the music fans out there that has been totally taken advantage of from this service.

Great music, great selection and a wide variety of artists

Been waiting 5 months for an item that was suppose to be here in January. Never got the item. Keep getting the run around from customer service. They are now lying to me and refusing me a refund. SCAMMERS.

I bought a signed Deathbyromy vinyl. I paid $28.02 but when the vinyl arrived the invoice said the total was $18.67. I emailed them and the customer service told me I paid $9.35 extra for the digital album code. They only send this code to people who live in the USA, so I wouldn't get this code. They didn't want to refund me. After mailing a few times back I got $5 back. Its weird how they treat their fans like this. This is a scam.

I ordered a Post Malone cassette back in September 2019. It's now April 2020! No cassette, no refund. Do Not Order from this company. Total rip off!

Wow. What A RIP OFF. DONT SHOP HERE. here is how they get you. You buy clothes but they are on pre-order. They charge your card the $$$ and you get an email that says "shipping on Nov 6" and a free album digital download. A month later, Nov 6 comes and goes and you don't get your clothes and you say you want a refund but they say you cannot get a refund because you downloaded their crappy album! So you don't get a refund AND you don't get your clothes but you DO get a crap album for $50. It's the new 2019 con job and a pretty low one at that. scumbags.

Awful service, stay clear!! I purchased a t-shirt from them that was meant to be dispatched Mid-February. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. It didn’t arrive until March 19th when I was OUT OF THE COUNTRY STRANDED ABROAD HAVING SURGERY. It had returned to the US by the time I’d returned home and the company ignored my many emails requesting for it to be resent - I was happy to cover any further costs as the shirt was limited edition. Horrific service.
