Absolutely worst online buying experience I have ever had. I ordered $250 worth of Paul McCartney vinyl records. They arrived and were clearly warped. I filed a claim and they sent me a second shipment of records with the exact same quality problems warpage on all the records. After escalating the problem to PayPal I finally got an email promising a refund. Then they issued a refund but not to me. Due to a technical problem, they issued the refund to some other credit card and some other person. This after ridiculous amounts of documentation on my part. Three months later. I’m still waiting on my refund. Absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had. Do not buy from these a@&holes. There are obviously systemic problems. That will not be corrected. Both in quality control. As well as customer service. Horrible horrible horrible.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a John Lennon T Shirt and over a month later it was clearly lost in the mail. I emailed for help and was told multiple times to keep waiting. Finally they agreed it was lost and that I had to file a claim for a refund. Well they then had the nerve to deny my refund. I just filed a dispute with my credit card. They are a bunch of scammers!

Ordered Taylor Swift Midnights Vinyls, Vinyl Clock and CD clock in September for my niece Christmas gift. Email said ship around early November. Charged my credit card right away. Still no estimate ship date and Christmas is next week. Horrible company! The clocks are sold out and the only option they offered was to cancel my order!

Ordered and paid for two vinyls, they have never arrived no response to emails, no contact number to call them.

A group of copyright trolls and thieves. They claim videos on youtube saying it is theirs. and steal all the add revenue from it. Some is fair use. Like a few snippets of music used to create something new. Some are covers of music free of copyright. And some isnt even outright related to them. But still they claim and steal all. Youtube refuses to do something about them. So the least i can do is write a negative review about them.

Ordered Taylor Swift Midnights Album with signed Photo on the 21/10/2022. Still not received even though my order say processed and money taken. No answer to emails. How can they get away with this. Shocking.

Doesn’t actually send you the Taylor Swift signed albums. Steals your money and then avoids all emails.

Pre-ordered 4 signed items for gifts on 7.10.22. Release date was 21.10.22. Nothing received and no response to emails. No contact number. Absolutely appalling Customer Service. The cynic in me, might believe that my order was simply used to advance the album sales figures. Who knows. Quite simply - Avoid UPDATE 18.10.222 - So email now received saying the signed items were actually never in stock as they had already sold out. Utter Bullxxxx. If they get any more in, they promise to reserve me one. Then they have given me a 30% discount on my next order......... Expires 03.22 !!!!!! You just could not make this up. Sufficed to say, I am sure my order was included in the chart sales, and that's really all that matters.
