I ordered shirts this month and received the wrong size. I'm desperately trying to contact the customer service to return the package but still no answer ! Its almost been 20 days

I’ve ordered from this shop before without issues, but my recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I used the exact same DHL Packstation address as before, but this time the package was wrongly handed over to Hermes, which cannot deliver to Packstations. Instead of taking responsibility, the shop blamed me for providing an "unsuitable" address and refused a refund. Since then, they’ve ignored all my emails and have not responded to the PayPal dispute either. I never received my item and was left without support or a solution. Sadly, despite really liking their shirt designs, I won’t be ordering again.

ordered 3 shirts as they were on sale and it arrived wayy quicker than i expected as i live in rural canada which was great. 100% would recommend and i'm def buying more in the future :] only thing is they can't ship crewnecks to p.o boxes but that's fine

Ordered a variety of items from Umai Clothing and I will say overall I was extremely satisfied. The material is really good for each of the clothing categories and everything is reasonably priced for what they offer. Shipping is really quick and never had any issues during the checkout/shipping process. Can't wait to continue ordering from Umai!

Habe vor kurzem zwei T-Shirts bei Umai bestellt, bin super zufrieden und der Versand ging recht schnell (3 Tage). Die Qualität finde ich super, die Prints sehen hochwertig aus. Ich hatte anfangs etwas Angst dass die T-Shirts nach dem ersten waschen etwas ein eingehen, aber sie sitzen immernoch perfekt! Außerdem liebe ich die Prints, der Künstler hat echt was drauf. Bin aufjedenfall sehr zufrieden und seitdem auch Umai+ Mitglied.

Customer since 2023 here, drawn in by the great art and respectable prices during sales. Unfortunately, this store has seen a significant decline in quality since then. As mentioned, the art has always been and continues to be superb in my eyes, and the main reason to buy from UMAI clothing. Unfortunately, the pros just about end there. The tees themselves are of average quality and the prints range from very flimsy to moderately durable (black prints hold much better than colored prints), and great care should generally be taken when washing - and wearing them! The prices are high by default - and the way I purchase from the site is I hit it up during sales, when you can get as good discounts as 40 % sitewide (historically 50 %, but that hasn't been seen for over a year), and paired with their membership discount of 20 % you get down to a respectable price range. As a member, you also get monthly credits which you historically could stack up and spend all at once, but nowadays, it expires each month. However, there have been so many issues with utilizing the credits on the site for the last 8 months that I haven't been able to make any purchases with my credits from my yearly membership which I started in august of last year. In fact, on my account page, it shows me having 0 credits to spend, despite claiming below that I recently (and every month after august) have been awarded credits - credits I've never seen! Of course, I've been in contact with customer service, and to their defence, they're always helpful - I've had the same guy respond to my complaints since I first started shopping here, and he's always been understanding, given me what I've had the right to when the site simply wouldn't cooperate with me, and explained things that are not always explicitly stated on the site with much patience. However, there have been limits to what he could do, and at times (such as right now), I've considered contacting the swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. For example, 1. I couldn't finalize a purchase for an unknown reason during a time-limited sale. 2. My monthly credits don't show up on my account and then - 3. cannot be used for any purchase when customer support awarded me the credits manually, or when - 4. UMAI clothing, without prior notice, removed a credit of 35 $ that was supposed to be awarded yearly (so every 12 months after first purchase) to customers of their UMAI+ membership (I had been subscribed for 8 months when it just suddenly vanished off their site). 5. Changing their monthly credits from UMAI+ from being stackable to expiring each month, done without any prior notice. Not the best track record. Now, I will not call the site a scam because in the end, you always get what you paid for, but it definitely engages in some dodgy practices. As other reviews around this one points out, they currently have a big issue with shipping, and I'll add to that discussion by bringing up my latest purchase, made on the 30th of november. I've not gotten a single notice of delays since but decided to play it cool and wait it out. Just yesterday, so about 2 ½ months after placing my order, it was finally confirmed to have started being shipped to me. This is so outlandishly bad that I can't do much else than laugh at the whole ordeal. I save 1 star reviews for sites that are actual scams, and UMAI clothing doesn't quite stoop that low just yet... but it's getting close.

I bought a lot of clothes on this sites, always taking advantage of the discounts, because the price are very high. My latest purchase was on December 8, i only bought a t-shirt with a discount, so i just spent 20€ with shipping...to date i have no info about it, they said they were having delays, but after a month they continue to say that it will be shipped as soon as possible. So, probably if you spend little money, they don't even bother sending your stuff. It's really a shame, even because the clothes i bought in the past are cool to wear
