Terrible customer service, cannot get any answers from anyone. They don't return calls or emails. Don't give refunds even though their website descriptions of what you're buying is completely misleading. Spent over $100 on a useless piece of plastic when we were expecting a complete saber....buyer beware - I am all for supporting small businesses but in this case it's better off going to amazon and buying through a trusted source versus these guys in TX.

Placed an order back in May 2020 and they charged my card. Expected delivery was 3_4 weeks. Well after that time, I reached out to get an update and was told it would be another 6 weeks. Ok fine. After 6 weeks, I reached out yet again and was told it would be 16-20 weeks more That was the final straw. I asked about a refund and was told they'd only refund me 20% of the cost so I opened a charge back request with my credit card company. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I should have researched before placing an order, there are numerous horror stories about ultra sabers and especially about their owner. If you've been waiting for your delivery, abandon all hope and contact your credit card company asap if you want any chance of getting your money back.

I cannot recommend Ultra Sabers for the following reasons: 1 - My invoice stated a shipping charge of $40 to the UK. However, I also received an invoice from FEDEX for and extra whopping £54 to cover import duty and the FEDEX admin fee!!! This was not clearly stated on the Ultra Sabers website or invoice. ** I recently purchased a Hasbro lightsaber which came from the US with free shipping and import duty paid!! ** This is what my order summary said, so I don't expect any additional charges. Subtotal: $270.00 Shipping: $40.00 via FedEx International Economy® [3 to 6 Business Days Transit] Tax: $0.00 Payment method: Credit Card Total: $310.00 2 - Don't ever expect a response from customer service; after sending multiple emails asking when my lightsaber would be delivered, I didn't ever get a response. After mentioning that I would cancel via my credit card company, I did finally get a confirmation of shipment. It would have been nice to get a "Hey, we're really sorry for the delay". 3 - Lead time is in the order of months, and (per above) when your request for a delivery date is ignored, it's very frustrating. It's a real shame because the product is good, but execution as a company is amateur at best; it's more Jabber the Hut than Obi-Wan that's for sure! A very disappointing experience - I will not ever come back to Ultra Sabers.

Do not buy from these people! They are selling products they do not have and taking forever to deliver. They took my money immediately and then nine weeks later told me they don't have my selected item in stock and would require another eight to ten weeks to finish. When I asked for a refund they said they would keep a 20% restocking fee. Restocking what!?! The product you admitted you do not have. These guys are scammers. Save your money!

Placed an order on May 13th which never arrived. No response on the emails either...

I'd give no stars if I could. Had correspondence over email with someone called Marlena and now her email doesn't exist anymore and emails won't send. They have my saber that I sent over 8 months ago and no sign of it being sent back. Its literally theft. Having paid over $400 for it for my nephew its a complete and utter disgrace. Avoid this company at all costs do not give them your money as clearly they are in the business or withholding peoples property that they have paid for.

The shear amount of people saying ultrasabers is a good company, ultrasabets has great customer service, etc. is the reason why I bought a lightsaber from them. After my experience of waiting 6 months (and counting) is what has put me in this place, I have tried to contact them about cancelation of my order, no response, I have tried contacting them about my order in general, no response, I have tried calling, no pick up. In short, DO NOT buy from them, you will not get your money back, nor will you ever see your lightsaber or ever hear about it after you place the order.

15th May placed my daughters order.....no communication, no updates.....chased by email numerous times until in the end I involved my credit card company & surprise surprise we now have had a fedex notification of despatch!!!! More than 3 months on. Fully understand Covid etc but this company is a joke....lets just hope the saber works when we get it !!
