Hello Customer, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for your patience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with the Nova S80 subwoofer. We understand how frustrating it can be when the performance does not meet your expectations. We are aware of the humming issue and are actively investigating potential solutions. While the current update v161 was intended to improve performance, we understand it has not resolved the issue for you. We truly value your input regarding the app and sound personalization, and we will pass this feedback to our product and engineering teams for consideration in future improvements. In the meantime, we recommend checking the placement of the subwoofer and nearby electronic devices that could cause interference, as this can sometimes reduce unwanted humming. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to finding a solution. Please feel free to reach out to our support team directly so we can assist you further. Thank you again for your understanding and for choosing Ultimea. Warm regards, ULTIMEA Customer Support Team

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback on the Solo B30 Pro soundbar! We're happy to hear it's improving your kitchen TV experience — especially with better sound clarity. We understand how important it is to control volume easily, and we truly appreciate your efforts in adjusting the connections. Since the Solo B30 Pro does not support HDMI ARC, it unfortunately won't allow direct volume control via your Fire TV remote. For full compatibility and easier control, you might consider trying one of our soundbar models that feature HDMI ARC support, such as the Aura A50 Pro or Poseidon D80. These models are designed to integrate more seamlessly with smart TV remotes. Of course, we’re always here if you’d like personalized recommendations or help with setup. Thanks again for choosing ULTIMEA!
