Made a purchase was supposed to be here in 1 business day. Paid $20 for delivery. They call me and say they don't have it in the local warehouse and will have to ship from a warehouse across the country. Too bad - delivery now 4 business days - after when I needed it. They did not offer to give me expedited shipping to make up for their mistake. Will not order again -we should not support companies that could care less about service.

Great company, great products and dealing with Rachel Moates is always a pleasure. Thank you Rachel for always going above and beyond to assist me with finding the right products. I like that they follow up to make sure the products are what we expected and of great quality. We had a very large order and our loading dock was blocked. Was not an issued, they called to make sure they could come back to deliver and it was the next day. Will continue to business with this company.

Worst experience for customer service ever. The lady was so rude during pick up, we asked her to open the ramp door, she said no but was very rude. We pay for pick up and have to deal with such a rude person.

Normally, I prefer to order online and avoid costumer service reps. But, I called to order some umbrella bags. The representative answered after one ring! She was so polite, knowledgeable and quick. It was such a pleasant experience I will call every time my office needs their supplies. ONLY downside is the wasted paper to deliver the unneeded catalogs.

All around bad experience. No Net 30 to speak of, it is a lure with a low credit limit to build a history. Quoted several different things from their CS. Forced to pay with credit card and then they held my other order telling me that I had to spend a small amount in order to get net 30???? Seriously? Grainger gives a $1000 credit limit with a REAL NET 30. What good is a low credit limit for a Business?? Don't bother with these crooks.

I work for a large hospitality management company in southwestern Michigan. I ordered a set of gridwalls and baskets to display retail goods such as granola bars, candy, chips, etc. It hasn't even been 60 days since I received them and put them together and the metal has split and broken, making them unusable. I contacted customer service requesting a refund or a new set of gridwalls and was told, within 5 minutes of my email being sent, that the items only had a 30-day warranty and they would do nothing. This is a clear sign of a bad product, a company that knows it's selling a bad product, and no way to build any kind of customer-vendor relationship. Do not buy from this company if expect your equipment to have a reasonable life span

Expensive, and they still send you cheap Chinese made corrugated boxes that are horrible. (over 8.00 a box, that should be less than 3.00) Their shipping charges are outrageous to the point that they lost me as a customer after years of ordering from them. (25.00 for 4 rolls of stretch wrap (that was 69.00) from Ontario to Huntington Beach) Crazy. They constantly send us their 1980's catalog, have you EVER heard of an invention called the INTERNET? I cancelled this so many times, no avail, they just again sent us another catalog to a company that was dissolved 10 years ago. I found another pack supplier now, and Amazon. Between those we are happy now. Never again.
