The worst experience ever. The manager Kelly was a horrible customer service agent, didn’t resolve my issue nor did she try to compensate for her mistakes made by NOT TELLING US ABOUT THE SHIPPING COST OF HANDLING. Stated “ we don’t normally tell people about shipping or handling”. I’m appalled that they would withhold extra charges just because the customers don’t ask.

I recently tried to place an order for some toilet paper and a rep with Uline I would have to prepay for 3 months despite being a long time customer who established net 30 credit terms with them. The representative was also very rude in his delivery on the phone. Uline also raised their freight cost making an order of 96ct toilet paper that cost $46.00 now $78.00! It is totally ridiculous. I would give them zero stars if I could. I will never place another order with them again.

Put in order of a certain quantity and missing a third of that order once. When I called was told maybe I miscounted. I counted twice and had someone else confirm missing a third! Other time I ordered bubble wrap and half had bubbles popped! I called and this time they REALLY upset me when I was told I'm in California so I'm probably a democrat and I expect things for free. I asked for a supervisor after replying what business is it of theirs what party I support and said I'm just a business owner. Of course I was put on hold and then call ended. Did research, showing they give money 100% to conservative party. Because I live in Cali assumed I am a democrat WTH.

I have asked for THREE YEARS to be taken off their mailing list for the catalogue and they still don't do it ..FED UP and disgusted. I am retired and will never order from them again. What an absolute waste of paper!!!

Love it ! Good prices on the things l needed , oddly fast service and delivery to the door . Super wide variety of most products ; Uline ; your my new BFF. And love the catalog ; I’m sure their not cheap to make so thanks for sending it !

As a multiple time repeat customer, I was very disappointed in their unwillingness to stand behind a defective product. They attempted to hide behind "It's the maufacturer's fault", their warranty even states they will work with the manufacturer to utilize their warranty, but they tell me they can do this in this case. It was a defective $140 commercial rug which was made with one side too long, causing a dangerous hump in the middle that someone has already tripped over. I strongly suggest doing business elsewhere or proceed very carefully. It they treat a long time customer like this .....
