UlineReviews of uline.com

We have been in business for more than 15 years and we have used Uline to purchase trash liners, receptacles, cardboard boxes of all sizes, single and double walled, packing tape, box cutters, envelopes of all sizes as well. They will give you a quote if you call and even up to 50% discount on some items. They ship promptly with minimal damages in 15 years. Their customer service is great. Uline is the TOP in their field. Yes they keep sending catalogs but since their supplies are shipped from different warehouses it depends on who is fulfilling the order.

We receive duplicates of their huge, paper wasting catalogs several dimes throughout the year despite multiple, at least a dozen requests for them to stop sending the. Its trash company contributing to all that is wrong with capitalism.

Fantastic customer service and products. Very professional even sent free samples so I could get the right product in bulk.

I bought two tarps from this company - a 30x50 and a 40x60 - needed them to cover two separate areas in case of rain since I was having a party with a lot of guests and not enough room indoors to accomodate everyone - they were supposed to be water proof - they leaked like crazy - several of the grommets were loose in the packaging and had simply come loose because of the way they were attached - very poorly - using rope to spread the tarps over an area was a total waste as when the rain started and there was a light wind they ripped apart and the tarp shredded all around the edges - they wanted me to ship the tarps back for replacement tarps saying they must have been defective - there is no way I could repackage these tarps and I don't believe they were defective - they were just really cheap and not put together very well - why would I even want to replace them with the same garbage - DO NOT BUY TARPS from this company!

The over charge and keep sending catalogs for one order. I have call to cancel the catalogs ...because they are left my door to let criminals I am not how..... They have signed up for aggressive/predatory internet blocking/advertising. I searched once and it comes up ALLL the time. DONT use buy or click link

Don’t buy one of these units. I bought three and two were good but the other was a piece of s-#%t. It went just after the warranty period was up and they would not stand behind it. Even as a good customer (note I didn’t say valued because they don’t value me) they offered me nothing for my bad experience with their unit. It wasn’t exactly cheap either. There are better brands out there and also cheaper ones. They offer cheap units at premium prices and don’t stand behind them. Also customer service experience was an ordeal too. They gave me the run around and told me to work with the retailer and the retailer told me to work with the manufacturer. Basically it is a throw away unit when it breaks b/c it costs as much to fix. I would have been better off with a cheaper unit and just replacing it every few years. Don’t be fooled by their premium image. I couldn’t be more upset with this company. Don’t give them any more $.

Exorbitant shipping costs!! I have repeatedly asked this company to stop sending 2 lb catalogs every time I order something- It's such a waste in the day of the internet! They send these heavy catalogs and pass the expense on to their customers!

Do not use Uline if you value your business. As a small business owner, I must make choices everyday about who to use when ordering packaging, food and services for my business. I also need to be able to make decisions based on these orders. Here is a perfect example of another failure by Uline. I ordered item after talking to a representative on the phone. The representative assured me the product was available to be picked up in the Coppell, Texas location the next day. Although Uline charges a ridiculous $25.00 fee to pick up any size order from their warehouse, I decided that would be a better option than overnight shipping. I called the warehouse the next day to attempt to add an item to my order, which I was picking up before the end of the day. At that time, I was told my original order was not in the Coppell warehouse and could not be picked up. Now I am stuck trying to fulfill a business need in less than 24 hours. Uline, you have become obsolete in the world of Amazon and other retailers who simply can do everything better than you are doing. Prediction: Once local Amazon warehouses begin allowing customer pick-ups for free, Uline will be shutting their doors forever. Bye Uline. Do not use Uline if you value your business.
