They steal money, blatantly. Extra charges and fees for everything, many are not disclosed, and they just tack on arbitrary fees AFTER THE FACT. Did you know they charge you $2.95 for EVERY transaction using your "VISA" card? Yeah. They told me in order to spend the $0.05 cents I have left, I'd have to add more money to cover that exorbitant and undeserved fee.

Would give 0 starts if possible. Nothing is working. I can not even log in. I never seen a shitty software like this. And I have seen a lot of shitty software in my life. But this is its own tier of shittiness. Really.

The UKG platform isn't the problem. It's actually kind of good. It's the customer service that stinks. We open a ticket and it takes months for it to get fixed. We can never get anyone to respond promptly for updates. It's a nightmare trying to get anything done with this company. I've put the new CEO Jennifer Morgan on some of my emails so she can see what we as the customer have to go through. I'm hoping she fixes this problem soon.

Absolutely rubbish. Hard to navigate and highly glitchy/buggy. Only works half the time, and the other half you spend trying to figure out how to use it. Completely inappropriate for this decade. They call it 'award winning' and I'm wondering on which planet?

Utterly unusable. Constant error messages and circular help menus that never lead to answers or customer support. I can’t view my schedule, the mobile app refuses to acknowledge my login credentials despite them working on the website. This is clearly a company that’s happy to put out sub-par product while sitting back and collecting money. It’s not worth anyone’s time.

This company bost how great it is but every since my employer took this on they have been nothing but problems ppl not being able to login it has way too many glitches and way too many problems im so over them i wish my employer just drop them and get ADP my other job uses them and its smoothe sailing with little to no problems more info easy access I HATE UKG AKA ULTIPRO UUUGHHHH

Never seen a payroll company not let you look at your paycheck until the day you get paid. Not helpful for applying for loans, apartments, housing, etc.
