Absolute garbage. Has cost me dozens of hours of work because it doesn't autosave input hours, it constantly crashes, causing you to lose your timesheet and have to redo it from scratch. Mind boggling that a product this awful continues to see any usage whatsoever amongst professionals.

Stop this need for requires third party cookies to operate warning or we will sign you out in thirty minutes. Not only is this frustrating the warning is plastered to the top of the screen it also takes up a third of your damn phone screen. This is not my end it is yours. Starting i jan of 2026 this message started popping up. I have cookies enabled. I dont know why this bs message is popping up. Why the bleep does this website need third party cookies? First for the last three years was fine. Always ran always worked. If cookies are disabled despite checking settings and seeing them enabled i i would rather have this site break than pinsh and sell all my user data. If you read the i agree clause to their app it has some slimy clauses in there. And that is why i refuse to push the app.

Bei UKGM in Marburg (Station 5B) erfolgt keine Kalorienzählung, sondern eine Einteilung in Mahlzeiten. Die Mahlzeiten, die hier an VEGANer ausgegeben werden, umfassen ca. 1000 kcal pro Tag. Meine persönliche Kalorienbedarf liegt bei ca. 2200 kcal pro Tag, wobei ich Salz ohne Jod, verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente und B12 zu berücksichtigen habe. Zur Reinigung ist ausschließlich fließendes Wasser ohne Mappen und Reinigungsmittel zu verwenden. Zudem ist eine regelmäßige Lüftung der Station erforderlich. Bei UKGM in Marburg wurden in Bezug auf die 5B AKUT zahlreiche Vorschriften für Gesundheitseinrichtungen verletzt. Meine Menschenrechte und meine finanzielle Freiheit wurden durch die vorläufige Unterbringung ohne Ausgang seit dem 1. November 2025 wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Ärzte stellen sich ausnahmsweise nicht vor, Anwälte sagen, sie wären "Richter", während sie einen Beschluss in ihren Händen halten, und das Amtsgericht Marburg verlängert Zwangsunterbringungen aus Angst, untersucht zu werden. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass ich diese Einrichtung nicht empfehlen kann.

This is by far one of the absolute worst companies you can ever deal with the experience I have had with this company has been nothing short of a living nightmare, I wish I never ever ever installed this app and started using it, I will them back everything and never use this terrible company ever again

We were very excited for UKG. We have a company of 650 employees and UKG made too many promises they never kept. Customer service is TERRIBLE... i mean HORRIBLE. Custom Reports; Took over a year for them to create and did not even finish it. We asked for help, you have to submit tickets that take weeks if not months for them to answer. Basically, they have a good software but their customer service is the worst in the industry. If you are considering a solid HRIS System that comes with great service you should consider others. Thats what we did after UKG and we are very happy we moved away from them.

It is 2 days before payday and it's completely unacceptable that I can't go on here and see my check stub by now. There is no reason why 2 days before payday check stub shouldn't be available for viewing, especially when payroll is submitted well before now.

The login system on the app is hideous. I've chosen to use a passcode, which works fine - until I get directed to an actual login page, which consistently, every time, refuses to accept my perfectly correct password. This happens every three months or so; it's (apparently) their way of telling you it's time to change your password. Except, they don't TELL you that you need to choose a new password, they just just refuse to accept the current one. To set a new password, I have to login on a workplace PC - so what's the point of having the app? Once you actually get in, it's OK. Although, there'a a whole convoluted process you have to go through to find out how much sick leave you have. It's in "My Leave", you suggest? Of course it's not, why would it be? No, you have to have an actual leave request open, go into that, and navigate to "Accruals" - why isn't that just part of "My Leave"? No need for it to be so tortuous...

Absolute dogshit of a site. Won’t recognise company name,username,password nothing. Hate hate hate hate it! Every time you use it there’s always an issue with it.
