Great system overall, powerful workforce management and reporting features. Solid HR functionality. But is quite complex to use, and there is still some work that needs to get done in terms of linking the PRO and WFM sides together.

UKG does almost everything that we need for it to do. Of course there are challenges, but it that is to be expected. I find the system easy to navigate and visually pleasing. The fact that they listen to the users input and make updates based on feedback sets UKG apart. I have recommended UKG to others and will continue to do so.

My history with UKG dates back to 20+ years so I have seen the product evolve over time. While it is the only HRIS system I have experience with, I find it to be easy to use and learn and I have enjoyed how they have involved their customers in the evolution of the product.
