Poor Customer Service
Honestly, I'd give it no stars if it wasn't for the kind gentleman who helped me on my initial outreach. I had to go back today as the first direction attempt did not work out due to a change in my understanding of the situation. Chris O'Brien who is a Business Development rep was no help and even hung up on me mid-sentence as I was trying to find a solution to my issue. I work for a lending company and have a client trying to get pre-approved for a home. This clients old company filed bankruptcy and another company bought out the assets and hired some of the employees from said company. Client has OT & bonus income from both employers and we need it to be able to increase our borrowers purchasing power. I was connected with Chris O'Brien Business Development Rep today who offered to call to handle quickly, which I appreciated. I gave him the run down of the situation and he basically said there was nothing he could do. I know they couldn't give me the information but what I was searching for was how to get the borrower access to his old account so he can pull Year-End paystubs and the last stub prior to the switch to the new company and mid sentence, Chris hung up on me. Then when I put in the chat that I would be leaving a review he tried calling multiple times and chatted back exactly what was said over the phone. I understand that this may be a hard stop but customer service goes a long way and now this borrower is left with absolutely no answers or direction forward. Just UKG cannot divulge that information. It must come from the employer (WHO IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS and we have absolutely NO way to get a representative from the non-existent business any longer). This is definitely not where I would take my business if that's how the employees treat others. If a supervisor or anyone else has any suggestions, I would LOVE to hear from you.
