Continually have issues with file interfaces, can never get to my customer service representative. Told to put tickets into system but never see any real resolution of issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If possible I would give no stars. If you have a transaction issue get ready to be argued with and told you are the issue. A company stole money from me and this company called to tell me it was my problem. I will be getting my money out of this app and never using it again

Please, for the love of god, do not transition to UKG. We were having some issues with Paycor and decided to start shopping around. Really, focused more on an upgrade than anything else. We met with several providers and UKG was the most fitting.We were looking for seamless HR tools, integration with other platforms and California payroll compliance. We were promised all of it. We were going to roll out two weeks ago, but somehow our implementation team (who is outsourced and not specialists) don't know how to fix our payroll records to make it not only I'm compliance with California laws, but also just be accurate. Numbers don't add up, employer payroll deductions are showing up as employee payroll deductions, time off and sick time not showing up on employee time sheets. We have had 4 meetings to correct this and everytime we meet, nothing has been fixed and it's a continuous repeating ourselves. Some meetings more things are wrong. We haven't rolled out other aspects of the platform and now are gravely concerned that nothing if accurate or fully operational within their system. They told us they this soft roll out was to make sure we focused on each area well, but now I just believe it is a bare and switch and every aspect of their system is broken. We've had a couple different payroll providers in the past and this by far has been the worst experience ever. We have not ran our first payroll, thank god, because we are likely walking away and sticking with our current payroll provider until further notice. We can't commit to a 5 year relationship when everything thus far has been extremely poor. Your implementation team is nice, but nice doesn't save me from paying out penalties or getting sued when my employees are not being paid accurately. The amount of hours my organization has put into this is saddening. Genuinely feel defeated here.

Horrid app, complicated and not straight forward at all. Always logging me out, doesn't connect to wifi properly.

This is the worst I can’t even see my paystub I keep getting signed out of my account and when I type in my password it says wrong password

Kronos is much better. This is not user friendly and interface is not good.

We've had a great experience with UKG. The software has made everyday tasks like payroll, scheduling, and time tracking much easier to manage, and it's intuitive enough that our team was able to get comfortable with it quickly. What really stands out is the support... whenever we've had questions or needed help, the UKG team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, making us feel like a valued customer rather than just another account.

Happy to be part of the UKG family since 2021. We made the decision to move to UKG after a bad experience with our previous provider, and we have never looked back. Our sales team was with us through the whole implementation process and continues to stay in touch. The implementation plan was well designed and extremely efficient. Our implementation lead was readily available and proactive throughout the process. She kept everyone updated and on target. Since going live, we have been pleased with how UKG has increased our efficiency and accuracy. The system is easy to learn for new department heads, and our employees find the system to be user-friendly as well. Although the times we need to make calls for service are few and far between, when we do make calls, they are answered and resolved quickly. We know glitches happen, but the customer service is what makes the difference. And for us, UKG has definitely hit the mark.
