We can’t clock in to work or out for lunch; can’t log in to the UKG pro site; basically it’s completely useless. This the worst time keeping instrument I have ever seen. UKG is a complete waste of money and we have reported to the California board of labor statistics and enforcement. Well it’s Sunday 09/27/2026 and the UKG time clock is still not working; the UKG Pro website is still down with no schedule or saying anything about when it will be up. Everybody talks about how it feels to work off the clock in a joking manner; but some are looking forward to a class action lawsuit payday. Anyway, this has been a very poor way to introduce a work place operating system that most employees have no confidence in whatsoever.

Worst scheduling software I have ever used. Nothing works, constant glitches and I don’t even know if my pay is correct at this point due to punch in and punch out not working. Shameful, no thanks!

The app is extremely difficult to use, every single time I want to check my schedule, the app makes me do Face ID put in my password, email and send a verification text. It’s every single time I open the app -even if it’s two seconds apart. And when the app actually opens, it doesn’t even work and I cannot view my schedule.

I just got into my employee account for the first time today. First off I will say that the graphics are wishy-washy as is the current trend in software these days. I don’t know why tech companies think it’s a good idea to make things pale and faded looking. That being said, things just go downhill from there. I tried to review my scheduled time off which is presented as a long list in paragraph style blocks. From what I could tell the blocks aren’t even in chronological order and the 10 days I requested off in October are listed as single days with some November time between the October dates. Since you can’t view this in calendar form it’s nearly impossible to tell if the entire block of time is accounted for. This layout almost requires you to use a paper calendar to record which days are approved as you flip back and forth between the months until you have all the days accounted for. It’s a stinking nightmare. I got so frustrated after just a few minutes of “WTF?!?!” that I gave up.

Words cannot describe how awful this platform is. I do not typically take time to write poor reviews about products/services, but this application is so unfathomably bad that I needed to express my grievances somewhere. Firstly, sometimes the app will just decide that your username and password don't work anymore. Why? I genuinely have no clue. This has happened to me three times now, each more frustrating in the last (mind you I've been using this platform for only 6 months now). Now, if you are graced with the luck of actually being able to open the app and log in, you now get to wait another three minutes for it to load. There is hardly any customer support, and the processes to try and solve it is headache inducing. In order for me to fix my problems I have to go in person to my HR department at work to get it solved. Oh, and if your internet isn't incredibly fast, good luck opening the app. Either way it'll take way longer than it should to load the log in screen. Once it loads, cross your fingers your password didn't randomly stop working. After that, you access the app that is slow, laggy, and very poorly organized. This app does not deserve a rating above one star. It's designed as though a group of teenagers came together to make an app as a quick way to profit, except they can hardly code and don't know how to operate customer service.

System capabilities, training and support have all been very good. Specialized programming to meet our specific requirements were no problem and done right the first time. First class group.

Working in UKG has been horrible. From the performance evaluation module, to the time keeping, to the GPS function, nothing is ever straightforward. It is hard to navigate, I have to toggle back and forth often to remember which function is under which "identity" (me as employee, me as manager, me as admin, me as super admin, etc.). I have wasted so much time and energy dealing with this system. It seems most of the staff hate it as much as I do.

UKG does almost everything that we need for it to do. Of course there are challenges, but it that is to be expected. I find the system easy to navigate and visually pleasing. The fact that they listen to the users input and make updates based on feedback sets UKG apart. I have recommended UKG to others and will continue to do so.
