United Healthcare telephones seniors and tries to strong-arm them into providing personal details to a strangers saying they represent UHC. I’ve called UHC are reported the fraud. But to no avail. Beware seniors. Please call police and report them

I mailed in a claim for my husbands prophylaxis done on that day at our out of network dentist. As usual never received a response for weeks. We have been having this problem for 3 years ever since our dentist stopped filing claims to UNH. As usual I contacted a supervisor named charley Marier in dental claims on US soil after spending hours with illegible call center agents in Philippines.She asked to go thru escalation & submit copies of the claim . I asked her to let us know why the mailed in claim was not processed Never heard back . After weeks I noticed on the my husbands UNH web page that the claim was processes a check was issued . Weeks went by we never received any check. I n March I reached a suprevisor Suzan wasted all day to get some answer. She said she will put stop payment on that check and issue another check call me with the check info . Never called back. weeks later I got a check & deposited online in in our bnk account. few days later I got email from the bank saying UNH cancelled that deposit check This time UNH customer service talked to a supervisor to Maria to contact dental claims & find out why they cancelled my check. She called back in the evening to tell me she couldn't find out why and they will issue another check in couple weeks. I just received another check which I again deposited in our account and will find in few days whether UNH will cancel that too. Such callous disregard for customers by supervisors of dental claims & UNH customer service is should be investigated. I have repeatedly tried to submit a grievance to UNH but there no way to submit a grievance in writing . They tell me only way you can submit grievance verbally. I have done that many times but it doesn't do any good because no body gets back to you with a resolution.We both medicare advantage members & have put up with this inhumane treatment for years. and tiered of it. If I'd wanted to spend two hours talking with Manilla to someone who barely spoke English, I would have jumped on a flight. It would have been more productive and I'd probably have gotten laid, too. As opposed to being screwed by UHC. Nice customer service, folks.

Spent almost 2 hours over 2 calls talking to 8 people, including supervisors in the USA and Phillipines about my over the counter order through United Health Care, which is not supposedly being filled by Amazon. Amazon deleted $49.75 from my account, but never filled the order from January 05, 2024 AND NEVER CREDITED MY ACCOUNT so I could go elsewhere to purchase what I ordered. Who ever made the executive decision to change UHC's OTC provider to Amazon has been raised to their level of incompetency and should be FIRED! January 2025 can't come fast enough so I can get rid of United Health Care!

United recently denied my preventative OB exam which I hadn't gone in for in a couple years. Two appeals without providing any sort of empathy or explaining themselves. Left with a $2,100 bill which was 10% of my 2023 income after being told twice I only had a $50 copay. Had to hear from my doctor's office (who also bears responsibility for this and still requiring payment although reduced) that it was denied again. Shame on United and their unprincipled devotion to the 1% and the elimination of America's middle class. United is a greedy corporation with a facade that claims to help people receive medical treatment. They actively contribute to an outdated, ineffective healthcare system that puts poor people in debt to fill their own pockets. They are part of a large, dysfunctional structure that many of us would agree intentionally prevents their citizens from receiving help. I recently decided not to go in for a mammogram for known tumors found during that same OB appointment because I'm scared of getting a bill in the thousands even if they tell me a certain percentage will be covered.

Was sent 2 emails with my name and email address about cancelling an agreement and change of email address. Yet I've never joined this company. Its in USA and I'm in UK. ( Unless someone has used the same email address as myself, then I dint know what's happened). It makes this company look very unprofessional.

Worst customer service on the planet. Simple request, dozens of calls over six months plus. Still no resolution.

The worst insurance company. They don’t even want to pay for glucose sensors. Find another health insu, stay away from UHC
