If you have an issue with this company, expect hours on hold, repeating the same information repeatedly. Then, they will claim to do something that will never get done. The next round of bills and calls starts with UHC denying coverage that is valid. If you can avoid UHC, do.

Worst company EVER!!!!

So I called today with my dad over the phone to cancel a plan that should start in September and request to stay on current plan for my dad. 2 agents answered me then transferred me to the lady who put me on hold for more than 30 min , convencing me that she is taking care of it while being silent, not a single click I got hear. As I kept saying I have to go in certain time bc if a meeting she said I was able to finally process it and make sure it's submitted correct. I believe she kept me over the phone so her line would appear busy and she won't take more customer calls. I took a screen shot of the time of my call it's lasted 54 min . Crazy. I would love to report this to management and truly investigate the call.

Very difficult to submit claims. Very difficult to actually find a person you can understand. It takes forever if they actually get your claim processed. Only reason it has to be sent in is because everyone is out of network. Worst insurance company.

Just bad,bad,bad.They have robots not people to resolve issues. My issue regarding quarterly over the counter items $60 simply could not be resolved because of some zip code by default was entered in the system. I'm loosing this amount that was promised in writing. Garbage insurance.

For the second time this month benefits that were previously pre-authorized are now being denied. This time it's to the tune of a $2,000 piece of medical equipment. Can someone explain to me how you can approve an item in April and deny it in July? If I could give zero stars I would

UHC deserves NO Stars!! The overseas agents just waste provider's time. They only care about getting paid & not assisting providers accurately! DO NOT ever accept a call back BECAUSE they LIE, it won't happen! Even the floor supervisors are clueless - Terrible Company!

I would have given them a zero. I was trying to buy insurance for my wife (English is her second language). The rep trying to SELL us insurance refused to explain to me all the legal jargon they were asking my wife to agree with on the phone. Her excuse: I was not the primary being insured so I could go read all the documents online.
