Too bad you cant give negative star ratings because it would be -100 stars. There is NOTHING good about this ridiculous change everything and not tell you deny everything bs pretend insurance company. And you wonder why people HATE you? Because your executives show up to work everyday in a clown car with makeup and wigs on. They care absolutely nothing on if you or a loved one dies. Their coverage is a joke and full of lies just like United Clown Healthcare. Customer service is in a 3rd world country that helps with absolutely nothing other than to mispronounce everything and wait for AI to tell them what to say. Switching your provider out of network and not say anything at all should be illegal. But for these clowns is just everyday business screwing people and their loved ones around. Do not use or switch to these clowns under any circumstances unless you love outrageous co-pays and still get stuck with balances after every single visit. If you want the worst heath coverage ever. Have medical bills pile up. And not be told of any changes to your plan at all. With customer service in a 3rd world country. Sign up with these idiots at United Clown Healthcare. You'll love being disappointed and pissed off every single time you have a claim or dr visit. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!!!

As a default they deny every single claim. Biennial mammogram for my wife who is over 50, denied. Lab tests to determine if I have cancer, denied. Even my annual exam fee was denied. I had to make 3 phone calls, lasting about an hour each, in order to resolve it. Absolutely, the worst health insurance company I have ever dealt with.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ALL CLAIMS GET DENIED AND TRYING TO CANCEL THIS ABSOLUTE NON COVERAGE IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEY HANG UP ON YOU TO KEEP YOU FROM CANCELLING. I HAD TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT THEY DEBITED EACH MONTH TO FORCE CANCELLATION! PAID $61 DOLLAR A MONTH FOR 6 YEARS FOR NOTHING!

UHCs site went down as it was processing my payment for my first premium. I refreshed the page every 15 minutes or so to see if the site was back up. It turned out when the site came back up, it charged me each time I had hit refresh even though I only entered my info and pressed 'submit payment' once. They promised a refund and told me it was processing. It has been 2 months and I have not received any money from them. I have called multiple times to check up on the refund and every time they say it is processing and will arrive within the week. Never does... Not sure how long I wait until taking it to court.

They don’t deserve any stars. I have a Medicare supplement and it’s trash. They won’t pay.

The worst healthcare out there. My mom has this insurance. Don’t believe them. My mom gets $15 a month for food and etc. Her dentist is charging her money that the insurance refuse to pay. They barely help at all. I haven’t seen them helping anybody with utilities. I have to help my mom with her utility bill. United Healhcare is one of the worst insurance out there. Run and don’t even look at this insurance.

United Health Care is plane HORRIBLE. Customer service is horrible. Health coverage is crappy. A for profit only company. Avoid United Health Care like the plague !!!! 🤬

Congrats UHC who don't know me at all and have never treated or even meet me but you know more than my doctor of 20 years who prescribed medicine you cover but you turned down my pre-authorization.
