They dont deserve any stars. I had to fight for my medicine for 3 years before my disability came through. Now with a doctor who refuses to answer and United health doing jack shit about any of it Im still fighting and without my medicine. Ive been on medicare almost a year and I have received ZERO treatment for ANYTHING. I needed wound care, nope, never sent me. I needed a dermatologist for a torturing lupus rash. Five months later they sent me when it was gone and they could do nothing about it. I needed an eyewash for an infection. Doctor called me back and said I couldnt have antibiotics🤦‍♀️ I JUST saw him and asked for refills but after a week and a half of calling the office EVERY DAY and calling United health WHO FOUR TIMES told me they called my doctor AND the pharmacy that my medicine would BE THERE, IT WASNT! FOUR TIMES DRIVING TO THE DAMN PHARMACY FOR NOTHING!!!! Then I called united health and told them to change my doctor. I got a confirmation number and all that jazz. I wait, AGAIN, and go to make an appointment today, AND....its still my old doctor on my card. Sorry lady whoever you were that answered but IVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS BULLSHIT GARBAGE!!!

This insurance company never wants to pay. I get weekly letters from providers saying they will no longer be working with United health care. I am now in need of a root canal and they have no one in network for me to see. Looks like I get to pay extra AGAIN !

#1 calls should be answered by some one who an american could understand. #2 when they say you have dental coverage they really mean cleaning #3 if you say you'll call back mean it#4 if you offer otc items have a catalog to choose from #5 stock those items if some one calls to order them #5 when choosing a plan it reminds me of cable tv ,you cant have this with that unless you change the other and loose something else .my suggestion is to shop around alot before even considering United,and then shot yourself in the head, you'd be better off.have a lovely day.

I hate UHC. All their policies are in place to make your life impossible and for them not to pay. Worst company on the entire world. I don’t understand why employers pick them for their plans. Shame, big shame on UHC. May they rot in hell.

Im needing long term care & Ive been calling them on phone since last Friday, I still have not got anyone on the phone to talk about long term care, they also do not schedule phone call appointments (this would solve the problem), & their care coordinators are always busy or left the office, they are Crazy, they are Cruel, they are fake mind games players Nazi insurance company like Humana is, they waste your time & they Target people, Yall should Be Like Medicaid who Always Gets Things Handled on every Phone Call !

If I had a chance I wouldn't have given the 1 star review. Customer Service is terrible and the coverage is poor especially for chronic illness patients and senior citizens. Im leaving them and taking all the others i referred to another company. Its heartbreaking to work over 40+ years and they treat you like you're nothing.

I am a new customer to UHC. I should have been hesitate since UHC was endorsed by AARP, but I decided to try it. UHC advertises great dental coverage, but I learned today their dental coverage is not great. It covers preventive care, such as routine cleaning, but if you need maintenance cleaning, such as every three months, that is not covered at all. Be cautious when selecting UHC.
