I would give a zero if possible. These are our tax dollars. These middlemen burden our Healthcare system with cost and add no value. We need to get back to patient and physician.NOT 1$ ON MIDDLEMEN

Worse insurance to get stuck with having Cancer that I could imagine. I can’t imagine any other company being worse. OTC amount has changed multiple times dropping of course. Customer service is rude and hangs up on customers. The phone app doesn’t work so every month I have to call in my OTC that steadily shrinking.. Customer service representative threatened to hang up cause I complained about being transferred 5 times and asked if we could get to the order process.. It is so annoying to have to call each month.. they are so unhelpful and absolutely nasty. I’ve been hung up on and transferred and this happens every single month. This insurance company has made my Cancer journey hell

This is by far THE WORST OF THE WORST when it comes to health insurance companies. How are they going to deny a claim from the advice of a paper pusher who sits behind a desk, has never spoken to me, doesn't know what I look like, yet wants to make a medical decision about me from a couple of sentences on a piece of paper? Then they want to stop covering medication you've been on for over 2 years with no warning at all. Well, I guess they don't expect people to appeal their decisions. I am appealing each and every one of them. Doctors write scripts for a reason. How are you going to tell me I don't need it or deserve a healthy life??

Terrible experience with them nobody knew anything. No Returned calls when I would call for something. Talk to several people everyone would tell me something different. I can't really find anything good to say every experience was terrible.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Denied prescription related to heart health care after selecting UHC over prior insurance carrier. Big mistake. My continued healthcare is threatened by the abrupt discontinuation of the medication. I have been a member for years and this year has really changed against the member. I went to get my monthly diabetes medication and it was 595.00. Went to my heart doctor and our fee has jumped from 10 to 30 dollars. Hòw are seniors who live on SS suppose to live. My check is 1677.00 I have been without meds just to live. I will be shopping for a better plan. And yes Mr President I thought you were going to help the elderly??
