This is the worst health insurance company I’ve ever had. You pay 1000’s of dollars and they won’t lift a penny till your $7,500 single deductible is meant or $15,000 family deductible. I mean for myself I take two medications and one visit per month. Eventually costs me around $8000 a year. It was actually cheaper with no insurance on a sliding scale fee. How does this make sense. I guess health care for profit right! As long as the shareholders make a dime, lives will be lost.

We should of had insurance start march 1 st never got any info for service til the 12 th they have refused script I'd been on for 5 years then tell my drs they will approve it for only 7 days at 2 pills even though my drs say i need 3 for 30 days so this insurance company will tell ur drs what u need not ur drs choice id say if you have a choice run to another company in our case we got screwed over by gready business owner who figured he could save thousands a year changing from good ins to this joke if a company

I'm finding that hardly anyone accepts my united health advantage plan. employees don't know much about anything. I had a coordinator that obviously quit . I leave messages, it's been months and no response. But it's just the way the world is now , businesses are incompetent (even social security) nobody has a clue what's going on. thing is, they know they don't have to as their is nobody to fill those positions. Sad sad world this has become. pretty much ending

My first prescription for a tier 1 drug, meaning " cheap, generic drug" (Gabapentin) 30 day supply was zero copay. The refill for same cost me $15. WTF! What a deceitful, crooked game UHC plays!

Just dealing with your customer service is a nightmare. I need to switch doctors 4 calls and a hour and half later I still no closer to having a doctor than I was before I made 4 calls

Got denied for a implant in my back but the sorry company wants me to keep enduring injections in my spine I've had 20 got to get 8 more in a few days I'm tired of lining their pockets for inadequate service they do not care about anything but taking people's money I'm over this freaking crap I'm going to start writing letters to Congressmen something has to be done with crooked companies

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Was at one time very good until they began to outsource. We all know the outsourced customer service experience. Lying, lack of knowledge, reluctant to pass the customer to a supervisor probably because they are failures at their job responsibilities. Been waiting days for my medication to be approved by UHC. Spent 4 hours on the phone and can't get a straight answer only it being reviewed and could take a week they said! One week for medicine that I needed 2 day's back which was prescribed by my Doctor. Keep in mind I have their top plan PPO. Been with UHC for 10 years. I'm at wits end with this horrible customer service. Will be dropping them once and for all when the Part B window becomes available. Run for your life if you're thinking of joining this health insurance company

I bought a pair of glasses. One week one earpiece fell off. I went to a local eye clinic and they put it back on. Two weeks later the other fell off. I complained an another pair was sent and I returned the defective pair. One week after receiving the new pair one earpiece fell off. Their glasses are of the poorest quality. Thus has never happened to me before.
