I just took out uhc advantage plan the agent was very pleasant person. i haven't had to use insurance yet but when i do i hope and pray i have made the right decision.

Mis Leydi from member services was the best customer service representative I've ever had. She was the kindest person and made my day. She was able to issue a curtesy referral so that the patient could have her appointment with the specialist. She represents what everyone in the health-care system should be.

Customer service, I recently went to have my eye's examined after two years & after going I realized the doctor I went to wasn't covered by my new health plan. I couldn't understand why I was told this because I was given the doctor's name by someone at United Health Care when i called to find out who was covered by my new health plan. After finding out I had gone to a doctor who was not covered I talked to Bridgette who works in the eye care department. Bridgette asked me a few questions & then asked if she could call me back, when Bridgette called me back she asked me to fax her an itemized bill from the doctor telling me I think I can get you a refund for part of the bill. Well today I was so surprised when I opened a piece of mail from United Health Care & inside was a check reimbursing me for what would have been covered if the doctor had been covered by my health plan. Now I know I this would not have happened if it had now been for Bridgette. So I wanted to take a minute to thank Bridgette for going the extra mile, it's because of people like Bridgette that I know I choose the right insurance when I choose to go with United Health Care. So Bridgette thank you for everything, you said you would try & get me a refund & you did. Thank you for helping me when I needed a helping hand. I want forget what you did for me & now everyone else know"s that United Health has people like you working to help people like me. Please keep up the good work, it's people like you that make a good company better.

Loretta answered the phone when I called in about a little Logon problem that I was having and she took very guick charge of my problem above and I am so very very glad to say that my problem was resolved in such a short time and yes I say JOB WELL DONE and I am really enjoying all the very very information about my New AARP Medicare Advantage Health Insurance from unitedHealthcare ok smile. Finally also Loretta is such a very Positive Role Model for all young and old workers in the Health Care Insurance Carrier Business ok smile.Now last of all Loretta is always such a very Positive Representative for the UnitedHealthcare Health Insurance Company that she work for yes she have very Excellent Communication Skills with always a very smiling voice ok take care smile. Its the best health insurance I’ve ever had (medicare advantage HMO). All the physicians and surgeons i already had are in network, super easy to understand and use, helpful humans on the end of the line, reasonable costs - all I could ever ask for!
