This is the worst insurance of all times

Misinformation. Three different agents told me I didn't owe anything to Seva. Then the fourth one says I do. But doesn't understand why there arev2 charges for 455.00. Then turns around and agrees with the Seva finance guy. I'm am so confused. The amount I pay out of pocket, exceeds my financial limits. Leaving me to choose between food and a new payment . They have literally made it hard for low income people. I'll have to find a different insurance. This Misinformation is overwhelming for someone like me that has PTSD. Thank you for the extensive stress your Misinformation has brought to my life.

Very bad customer service. Not the right information and when I was confused about what this office wanted and why they were calling the customer service person was very rude. Very uncomfortable with the questions they were asking me

Thousands of dollars spent on this insurance provider throughout the years and they've denied 2 procedures in the past couple months. Their reason for one was because of my age (I'm too young/under 50). Pretty sure that's illegal. Their illegal practices are unethical. Their whole operation is unethical. Countless hours spent on the phone as well only for them to hang up on me. They need to be held accountable.

This is the absolute worse insurance I have ever had. You can't get two people at that company to tell you the same thing. It's constantly jumping threw hoops to get anything done. And one step forward is followed by 10 steps back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Absolutely hate that I am stuck with them till open enrollment in December. I hope and pray nothing bad happens with my health this year cause this company would rather you die before the actually approve what you need. NEVER USE THEM PLEASE DO YOUR SELF THAT FAVOR. Oh and their customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with. Asked me to take a servay about how my experience was when I told them I was leaving a bad review she put me on hold so I couldn't do the survay waited 45 min on hold with no servay

I called on 4/20/26 to cancel my insurance with Golden Rule and i was told it was done and i would receive a letter in the mail stating my final date of coverage. 5 days passed and i got no letter so i called back. Why do they then tell me that they dont show that i cancelled my insurance with them. Now i have to pay this elevated monthly fee for this crap insurance. Every year they raise my rates a ridiculous amount. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They make it very hard to cancel and move on.

For united healthcare to steal $300 out of the DC state & Federal DC health insurance then block my Ucard for me to purchase medications is bullshit ABUSERS ASSHOLES. I will be terminating these United healthcare corporate criminals Abusers. JERKS.

Giving no stars wasn't an option, so yall get 1. Legitimately the worst health insurance company to ever exist. They are out-of-network for practically every medical facility available within my area as well as out-of-network for facilities that are as much as 2-3 hours away. Not only that, they will cancel practically any and every claim that you have and DENY them without any second opinion. Tldr: Possibly the sorry-est health insurance company under the sun. 0/10. Do Not and never will recommend.
