Called and they basically was acting like children and very aggressive towards me even over the phone . Had no clue what was going on

Used to be a great company . I've been on the same medication for a dabitating autoimmune disorder for 6 years now I am finally doing well and now all of a sudden they are telling me plan doesn't cover said medication. It's ridiculous and evil I've contacted several news channels and a lawyer ! I'm tired of fighting for my survival at the hands of this company

The worst healthcare an employer can give their employees. Doesn’t cover anything necessary. Can’t see my doctors anymore because apparently they are out of network. So have to start at square one with all my treatments with a new doctor I probably don’t trust. No one wants to use st.Luke's or use community health community health has students and rotating doctors every day of the week. These place are completely incompetent, released medical records to me from a different patient with all their personal information, and messed up my surgery and recovery process. And this is where I have to turn to thanks to UnitedHealth who couldn’t just come with agreement with Lehigh. Now I have nowhere to turn. I don’t trust the providers they selected for us because they don’t really care about the individuals they care for and would if I had a choice just cancel them and get insurance elsewhere. What’s the point of paying premium prices when they don’t care anymore, sending us to providers who don’t really care about their patients, and leak information. Also the dentist they selected for me wrecked my teeth they were completely fine until those visits. I’m actually going to reduce my insurance because what is the point of paying premium prices if my health needs are not truly covered

UHC is a Dow listed 265 billion dollar market cap.+ company. I have my Medicare supplement and part "D" plan with this company. Much to my suprise, the part "D" drug plan does not cover any prostate medication that relaxes muscles around the urinary tract, a common problem for older men. I guess the drug companies are not "subsidzing" any such drugs to the point where UHC can meet its profit goals by permitting them

My friend has UHC and she is in a rehab and needs further in rehab therapy. Dr even said she did and they denied it. Said she couldn't do anything, but she can. When did uhc become doctors. Ashame of uhc

Is it possible to give negative stars? I'm 61 years old and a cancer patient. I had a stomach bug that, after four days of living with my head in a toilet, I finally called for an ambulance to take me to the hospital. Just a week later UH FUCKINGC says the ambulance was out of network and i have to pay for it. I am in Madison CT. I called 911 from home and I got a Madison CT ambulance. AM I SUPPOSED TO VERIFY IN Network COVERAGE before I let them carry me out of my house? People don't need this kind of crap. People with cancer especially don't need it.

I wish I had come to this website before I chose these assholes! Anyone anybody who is considering signing up for United Healthcare stop! Stop! Stop! Don't do it don't even think about it anymore they suck!

Denying claims and much needed epipens. Denying meds and charging too much. So much paperwork for drs apps and for our doctors. Doctors have said united health care is the worst Medicare advantage program
