Absolutely rude, and unprofessional, the worst Medicare advantage plan out there.

Uhc assigned me a case worker for Home Care Service. On yesterday she asked me several questions about the service I receive. The questions were very confusing because I could only answer the question the way she wanted them answered. All the questions were and could be answered only that I assisted in the questions she stated. I only could answer that I assisted in the cleaning dusting sweeping vacuuming washing dishes wiping off counter top in the kitchen mopping the floors laundry folding clothes grooming dressing myself getting out my bed cooking going grocery shopping etc. She stated the State of Michigan wanted the questions answered that I assisted in the services I needed. She also stated that I only take 9 medications which I take over 17 medications daily. I have Copd Scoliosis Herniated Disc Nerve Damage to name a few of my health issues. So now I will take this matter to the Attorney General to make a complaint. Oh and I could only choose from 3 agency that she approved of. To me this is called Corruption

They assigned me a PCP. Called the number, they couldn't even find the doctor in their system. Said I could use a different doctor - in 9 months. Found a different number. The office told me the doctor is not accepting new patients, contrary to UHC. The whole American health care system is a **** show.

Can I give less than 1 star???? I had to list one date of service but I have been dealing with reimbursements for over a month. Every encounter has been painful.

Very disappointing experience. Getting clear answers felt almost impossible, as I received different information depending on who I spoke with. What should have been a straightforward issue turned into multiple calls, long wait times, and a lot of frustration. Communication was poor, and I never felt confident that anyone truly understood or resolved my concern. For a company that handles something as important as healthcare coverage, I expected far better support and transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

The absolute worst insurance in the world. They incorrectly billed us for my son's therapy as deductible instead of co-pays. They admitted to making the error on 75 visits. We had to resubmit every single one of those claims. Waited months for them to get denied. Went to a new hospital and the same thing is happening. They are horrific.

I’m having so much issues them at this point they have a third party that is only taking out the dental and eye I don’t have heath insurance because those idiots that work for company did not tell me or my broker that I had to pay a fee every year so now I’m still fighting with them about the situation they need better people working there.and this been going on for 3 to 4 months now

I have esophageal cancer, diagnosed through biopsy. UHC doesn't think I need a PET scan to stage the cancer!! They are flat refusing to give a cancer patient a PET scan!!
