One of the worst insurance companies I have ever seen. They give you the names of doctors that are in network. The doctor's schedule's surgery but where he does surgery isn't covered. That is happening to me twice. I had to pay for both doctor visits and both cancellations for surgery. I am out a $1000 out-of-pocket and still have no surgery done. Thanks for nothing.

Trying to research plans for medicare part D plans and I will be damned if I am going to give an AI assistant my social and date of birth to just research and see what is covered. And still not able to talk to a real human. This is unacceptable. You do not need this info to talk to us about a plan!

I was left on hold for 45 minutes waiting for them to provide me with an eye doctor location close to me. I finally hung up. What a joke of a company. That's what we get from a large company outsourcing their call centers overseas listening to someone you can barely understand in their interests in profit. Avoid frustration and regret, find a different company to do business with.

if i could give them negative stars i would. they are scammers & extremely extremely rude if and when you want to cancel your policy with them. 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone ever!

their auto answer system sucks. I called many times and it keeps asking the same questions and finally after longtime waitng, they hangup without a reason.

How come the emergency coverage is $250 only !! That’s real terrible , I will end my policy and will review that !

If I could leave negative 10 I would definitely do so. Signed up for United Healthcare insurance this february. Spoke to a representative to make sure that I go to within Network to get my mammogram done. Which supposed to be free if you do it once a year which I was. The United Healthcare representative gave me the clinic number telling me that this Clinic is within network. I confirm with the clinic that I was within Network once I handed them the card during the appointment. After I had my mammogram United Healthcare declined the claim. Saying that they were not within Network. I submitted a complaint trying to have them reverse it but of course there's nobody to talk to because their call center is in Timbuktu and barely speak english. So you basically talking to a wall. The clinic sent me a bill of $635 for a service that should have been free because UnitedHealthcare deceived me and gave me the wrong because UnitedHealthcare deceived me, but the funny thing is the clinic does say that they are within Network they just refuse to pay. They declined my complain and basically there's no one to talk to. Never make the mistake I have and many Americans have. Do not ever go with United Healthcare, because they will decline coverage even after giving you the clinic information and you will do everything right they will still screw you over. Needless to say I canceled the insurance because it's worthless.

United healthcare is a joke,used to get 40 dollars every 3 months for healthcare products now they dropped it to 25 dollars every 3 months but they sure want your money and every time we get a raise on social security they take out more, but I guess that’s Medicare for you.been wanting to do a review for almost a year
