I have been receiving calls from 8554244755 stating they are calling from United healthcare which I googled and from what I read that these are scammers so in order for these scammers to be calling me lets me believe that these are people working for United healthcare giving out customers phone numbers or companies that are connected to UHC. I am furious This number call everyday to get blazed.

United HealthCare instituted a requirement this year that not only is a referral needed but so is "Prior Authorization", and the referral must be submitted through their portal. My doctor's office told me United is the only insurance company with this requirement so it caused significant delays. I first requested my referral on June 15th and have not yet received it.

Very poor customer service I called 7 times on one issue regarding AARP Medicare RX plan. I received several different answers and over seas Representative giving be scripted responses. I asked to speak to supervisor and was refused. I am extremely frustrated.

Im a chronic pain patient. My pain management does urine drug tests and until this year United Healthcare paid for the test. This year they stopped paying for this require test leaving patients to pay for the test.

DO NOT USE they got me for 5000 dollars over 3 years I called an canceled the first year they never canceled an Continued to charge me. They never let me know I was still on it. Worst decision ever do not recommend

They are trying to bill me twice. Unfortunately when you call it is impossible to speak with a real person. Also they mailed me a "U card" which turns out to be totally useless and not excepted any where. I supposedly have prescriptions coverage. They fail to mention you only get 1 prescription every 3 months.

I’m going on eight weeks without treatment because of an administrative error with United healthcare and Wellnite. Multiple appeals have been filed, but they keep postponing the deadline. United healthcare does not care about patients. They only care about the bottom line. I was on the phone with United healthcare the day their CEO was murdered. I predicted that day to the representative that the killer would be somebody with denied claims going through the same trauma, I’m experiencing from this company.

Their insurance is subpar. They have no care for the people and will only pay for the cheapest version of any medication, even if the off brand is an inferior product that doesn’t work well for the individual. Even with prior authorization requests, they couldn’t care less and drag their feet and medications required for survival, like insulin for type 1 diabetics. I strongly urge anyone who has a choice in which insurance they get to not go with this insurance. Stay away at all possible cost.
