So sorry you had to wait. We ship by USPS & Fedex on the same day we get the order. So typically it takes less than 1 week to get the products.

I love UD toners and conditioners and most of their silver/grey colors. Unfortunately, I had an epic fail with their pink...not once but twice. The color would not take on my hair and would not even change in the bowl with the conditioner. I thought it might be a defunct batch so I ordered another tube and same issue - interestingly, 2nd tube was the same batch number. My hair is platinum and always takes color extremely quickly. I asked them to send me a tube from a different batch but they said they had no other complaints so I could try a different color. Not very helpful. I'll continue to order their pearl toner but I had to turn to Feria for a smokey pink (took to my hair in seconds!)

I am really sorry to hear this. Our customer service also sent your message back to us regarding your use of Pretty Pink. We will be testing the batch number and we will get back to you regarding this.
