Hi Deborah, thank you for your review. If you have a lot of undertones we would suggest that you bleach first, then tone. You will get better results that way.

Thank you so much for your review and comments. 8.1b is fairly pigmented this is true. It's a blue based ash blonde and needs to be applied on well pre-lightened hair. If, for example you apply on hair that is too yellow, going by Color Wheel Theory, the blue+ yellow will lead to green. I am glad that in your case it has washed off. May I suggest if your hair is very yellow that you go next time for our intense toners eg 100B? Those will help lift up the level.
