Terrible website builder! The free templates are EXTREMELY limited: you can only change the text and the images, nothing else. Any other changes, you must upgrade to a paid plan. I then decided to sign up for the free 14-day trial, thinking that if I liked it I would opt for a paid plan, but still ran into issues: the interface is not very intuitive, despite I've built many drag-and-drop websites both personally and professionally (Weebly, Wix, Squarespace), and the controls are very limited. For instance, you cannot change the placement of the site title in the page header: it's either top of page, centered, or bottom of page. I had an image with mountains and needed to slightly adjust the placement but couldn't. Also, I wanted to use a video header, and the interface asked for a "mobile image" (since video headers don't work on mobile). Ok, so I uploaded one...and the still image is what came up first on my DESKTOP site, THEN switched to the video header. NOT the effect I wanted! There was no control anywhere to fix this. Overall, I wasted an entire six hours or more trying to get this site to work, until I finally gave up and went back to Wix. At least Wix has plenty of user controls that work properly and an interface that lets you accomplish what you need to do. Never again, Ucraft.

Actually you can control the Title Element placement on your block with the help of black margin controllers or by adding a Divider Element and adjusting the distances. What about the video background, the videos are powered by YouTube so before the video background fully loads, video thumbnails are shown for several seconds, generally the load time is not even noticeable. The thumbnails also appear on mobile view, that's why we offer an option of manually uploading a specific image as a thumbnail. As you have uploaded rather contrasting image, the load time became obvious. However I'll make sure to pass your feedback forward to our team.
