UcraftReviews of ucraft.com

I have raised a complaint weeks ago, it hasn't been investigated, nor responded to, not even acknowledged. They shut down my website with no prior warning and was lucky I happened to realise quickly enough to action. No accountability, no service. Stay away!

I have had so much trouble getting my website to work. It keeps working for a little bit then getting disconnected. And it has been very difficult getting help from customer service.

I gave Ucraft a 1-star rating because the platform frequently has technical issues and does not work reliably. We have experienced recurring problems, and at times the service stops working altogether. In addition, we have sent multiple emails to support regarding these issues, but unfortunately we have not received effective assistance or a satisfactory solution. This has been very frustrating and has negatively affected our experience with the platform. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Ucraft at this time.

Their site builder is awful. Designs are basic, the site is slow, and it always glitches - so it won't save my progress. Building on a site takes 10x longer than the other companies I've built websites on. Also, they have the worst customer service ever. They have a useless chatbot that has never resolved any issue for me. Despite asking hundreds of times, I've only had a human reach out to me maybe twice, and they still weren't able to resolve the issues on their site. Even the information/blogs they put online are dated/false/unhelpful. I've built 3 websites on the Ucraft platform and I spent 5 years using them. I will be moving all of my sites elsewhere. Do not waste your time using this company. Build your site elsewhere.

was a Ucraft customer for 4 years. I used their platform to build and run the website for my social enterprise, a cloud kitchen here in Ireland. For the entire duration of those 4 years, they never once hiked my price. Not once. In a world where every SaaS company seems to creep up pricing every renewal cycle, Ucraft just quietly kept delivering. The platform itself did exactly what I needed. Clean, simple, reliable. No unnecessary complexity. It just worked. And whenever I needed support, they were responsive and helpful. I have recently had to move on because my business needs evolved and I now require a more integrated app and ordering system. That decision had nothing to do with Ucraft's quality or service. They were excellent throughout. To Gev and the team: thank you for 4 solid years. I genuinely respect what you are building and I hope you go from strength to strength. You deserve to. Companies that treat their customers with this kind of loyalty and fairness are rare, and people notice. 5 stars. No hesitation.

Full of bugs, poor customer service, my website was down for security reasons most of the times. I was basically paying for a service no one was using, the customers wouldn't visit the website for security reasons. No help to solve issue. Can't even chat with customer service as their software detects a space character avec the @, even if there is none, so I can't chat with customer service. On all levels, plenty of problems with no technical support. You pay for a non-existing service. Waste of ressources spent to build the website, so over 20 hours of design and such, and then you pay monthly fees for a website no one dares to visit for security problems.

Deleted my account erroneously for supposed non payment. CS corrected the error but I can only access it through my email. No one else can access it and now CS won't respond after numerous attempts by me. I am canceling.

I am writing this review after several days of trying to resolve a critical issue with Ucraft: the complete disappearance of my paid website. The Problem: My site was active, under an Essentials Plan. The site vanished from their servers without any action on my part. The Unacceptable "Resolution": After opening a ticket (#60860), the support team's final response was that their technical team "is currently unable to locate your site within our database." The ticket was then immediately closed. This response is unacceptable for a paid hosting service. The site's existence and my payment are proven by the invoice showing the transaction ID and the site name. A hosting company must be able to track the data of a site tied to an active subscription. The Support Failure: Since then, all attempts to re-open the issue or communicate via email have been met with silence. There is no live chat, no phone support that provides help, and the team will not reply to emails regarding the escalated issue. This is a clear case of severe data integrity failure combined with non-existent customer support for a paying customer. Ucraft must take immediate responsibility for locating and restoring my website from a backup. Closing a data loss case because you "cannot find the data" is not a solution. I highly caution anyone considering Ucraft to be aware of their severe lack of accountability and the risk of catastrophic data loss.
