Hi Johnson, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We’re very sorry about this frustrating experience. We are including new features and constantly making improvements in Ubersuggest and it is a sensitive trade-off we need to make sometimes. In this case, as we've done in the past, we tend to prioritize the quality of the information we provide. In a way, the update on the Search Difficulty and other algorithms had to happen. To clarify, we are slowly updating SD metrics across all reports. Given how it will take some time to fully update all keywords from our database, you will see keywords with a default last update of 3 months. As more users update metrics for specific keywords manually, at the same time as our system works on updating keywords too, you should see updates in that Last Update status. We are using the status "Last Update: 3 Months" for keywords that haven't received the adjustment on SD, which also includes Page Authority in its formula. Given how we included Page Authority in the SEO Difficulty metric this month, it will take some time to fully update the complete keyword database. For this reason, the option to refresh metrics was added. As we speak, the updates to the SD value are happening, either by system update or by other users refreshing the SD metric. Ubersuggest is one of the few, if not the only one, that offers so much value for one fee, which is the lifetime product. We reserve the right, which is stated in our company terms, to evolve our offers as we feel is the best for the different stakeholders involved. Hi, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We really appreciate you bringing this issue forward. We understand the reason you're reaching out is not the best, but we do appreciate you expressing your feelings. We recently deployed a new version of the tool and the SD score algorithm has been improved. This means that we are now showing a more accurate score. To address this, we implemented a logic that allows users to update/refresh the SD metric by clicking on a button specific to each keyword or by selecting multiple keywords and updating them in bulk. When a user updates the SD metric, it should reflect the most recent data available. It is also important to observe that we are gradually updating the SD value, organically, across all reports. Having the option to refresh metrics is just an extra tool to give our users more autonomy. In addition, Ubersuggest is one of the few, if not the only one, that offers so much value for one fee, which is the lifetime product. We reserve the right, which is stated in our terms to evolve our offers as we feel is the best for the different stakeholders involved. Nevertheless, you will never get less than what you paid. We appreciate you for going out of your way to help us improve the experience of our users with Ubersuggest. As a matter of fact, the data discrepancy you observed is absolutely normal. Each tool gets its data sets from different sources, and each tool calculates its metrics using different algorithms. Because of these factors, this kind of difference in their estimates and metrics is expected to happen. It is also important to note that Ubersuggest only supports organic traffic. If you observe any discrepancy, the best thing to do is to double-check inside your Google Search Console/Google Analytics.
