I had an issue with my subscription and not only did they fixed it, they were completely honest about the issue and owned the error. There is not many companies like this anymore, you cant expect perfection out of anything but I truly appreciate them accepting responsibility and not trying to hide it. Extremely fast resolution in only hours, i personally recomend this company.

I inquired about contract cancellation in Japanese. I was nervous about contacting an overseas service, but with the help of Google Translate, I was able to resolve the issue on the same day. Thank you April.

Haven't started really working with this very much but after testing it, it looks and feel very cool. Very easy to use and with a very comprehensible dashboard! I have purchased Individual Life Subscription and there are options to upgrade to a bigger plan by just paying the difference! It is also possible to just add addons to your basic subscription and upgrade it like this, and this only for the time you will need those addons. You can cancel at any time! Of course there is also a monthly subscription for those who are not yet ready to commit to a Lifetime one. The customer service is also awesome, which made it a so much better experience!

Very happy with the support They are always very helpful and also fast. Also the service in general is great. I bought it for a one-time fee and am using it to research keywords, and look up traffic of other websites. Even the backlink checker sometimes is of good use to me. All in all, would recommend!
