Customer service has been super patient & very responsive in answering my questions. However, one must be careful when placing a one-time order to check or not check the box for the "recurring/subscription." The nasal spray definitely clears the airways quickly & effectively. I'm unsure yet if using the product prolongs the inevitable stages of a cold or not.

Never received my emergency kit ordered on 11/19/2025. The company would NEVER answer the phone or emails! Total scam. I have filed a dispute with my bank. Buyer beware!

I watch Fox News most of the day as I'm elderly and I cannot stand your commercials being played it seems like every 5 or 10 minutes and it makes me crazy and I shut off the volume of my TV. I did order from you once and it the customer service I got was horrible and it's expensive and I got the kit and it hasn't helped my family you guys need to tone it back because the more you put your face in my face the more irritated I get and know that I would never order your stuff again or let anybody I know who asked me I will tell them to Run to the Hills. Just because you're a doctor doesn't mean you're a good businessman. And that other doctor that does the commercials with the blonde here should not ever be in front of a camera I think a cartoon character would you do a better job spewing your company then he does. Well you guys need to do is sell your assets and go out of business because that's where you're heading. Steve

Every time I contact customer service they assume I end up having to solve my own problem. They assume that the custmer is a complete idiot and they give you the easiest answer to the problem. They did it when I did not recieved a prescription and I had to contact my credit card company after dealing with the ignorant customer service people for 2 months and I got no where. This time I had to gill out an intake form and I explained that after putting in my email there was prescription listed. T he response was:you have to click the tab and it will show the order numbers." No shit Sherlock. I decided to try a different browser and it worked. My point is that they always give you the first and easiest answer and they are unable to or too lazy to think out of the box, ask questions or go a step further to help. The first answer is so simple a person with 2 brain cells would know to try that. Their thinking process and problem solving skills are stunted.

I had a great experience - ordering was easy - the medical consultation was efficient. When I had a delivery question the customer service team was fast and helpful!

I added the BLUE emergency medical kit to my cart on website, you have to pay for it first then it makes you fill out all the intake forms so by the time you finish, they switch to a different color kit (mine was switched to a Green travel kit instead). It was same price of $300! But, had cheap OTC meds with only Keflex & Cipro antibiotics. Mostly, tums,colace,surfak, benedryl & bandaids. I emailed the company, but they just blamed me for selecting the wrong kit. Refused to xchg or refund me. So, dont fall for this scam. I think the website has a built in way of switching it to a not advertised kit on commercial.

My experience is limited to a few months but great so far. I only order 1 product so far from TWC and it comes monthly. I am traveling and have had to change my shipping address almost every month. The communication has been seamless. I look forward to more products in the future once back home. Love having TWC choice.

I knew I was getting sick around Thanksgiving and few physicians would be available. So I reached into my Emergency kit for the Augmentin and days later I was feeling better. I recommend all 3 Kits if possible. This was Great.
