I have been a loyal customer for years, now that I need assistance due to a simple address change I get nothing but nonsense, I have complied three times with their requests and still no resolve, there are many other options out there, i would suggest you go elsewhere.

They promised me a $120 sign up bonus...and the RENEGED/DID NOT HONOR the offer. They basically lied to me...claimed they "investigated" the claim...and did not give me the promised, sign-on bonus. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR ANY OF THEIR OFFERS!!!! "DEPOSIT $100 AND WE'LL GIVE YOU A $120 BONUS, SO YOU CAN PLAY WITH $220. TVG will double your first deposit up to $100. However, if you make a first deposit of $100 or more, we'll also give you an extra $20 to bet!" TVG LIE !!!! LIARS LIARS LIARS !!!! CHEATERS CHEATERS CHEATERS !!!

I won 104$ on the Kentucky derby and yet have got my check, that was suppose to be mailed to me
Response from TVGSep 17, 2020
Roger, Check withdrawal requests are processed daily Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). If you requested your check on Saturday the 5th, the day of the Kentucky Derby, then it would have been mailed on Tuesday the 8th as Monday was a holiday. Checks can take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on where you are located. If you have still not received your check 10 business days after it was mailed please contact our support center at the first link below so we can reissue the check, or offer another withdrawal option that will arrive quicker. The 2nd link below lists all of our withdrawal options and their processing time. https://support.tvg.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005946853-Contact-Support https://support.tvg.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005313674-Withdrawal-Options We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Thank you, TVG

FRAUD. They offer promotions without intending to abide by them. They offered a money back guarantee if your horse hits 2nd or 3rd on a win bet. However they did not tell anyone there was a 10$ limit to the money back guarantee. They stole so much money from so many people. Now they are calling and sending harrassment emails trying to focus on my supposed inappropriate emotions after getting robbed instead of the inappropriateness of thier own crime. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID. Just trying to fix a $10 refund for their “SPECIAL” was a never ending nightmare. I was on with a guy Dylan who kept giving me bogus explanations (never ending loopholes and “gotcha” tricks) of why my bet refund or credit was ineligible. After he told me I never even made the bet I had to email him the screenshot. At this point I’ve been PAINFULLY going through their prequalification customer service process in and he tells me he’s going to take a break and put me on hold for another 15 minutes. I’m not making this stuff up, I have the screenshots to prove it. In my humble opinion you should RUN FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. VALUE YOUR PIECE OF MIND. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AN INCH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOWNRIGHT INSULTING.

I’ve been a TVG customer for over 7 years. On 9/8/20 I made a bet online through my account at TVG at Indiana Grand R1. I won a $23.60 exacta and was never paid by TVG. I’ve sent emails and tried customer support asking for my winnings to be deposited into my account and they have ignored me. I’m seriously considering closing my account because I’ve been defrauded. They are using COVID 19 as an excuse to rip off their customers and I’m through with them. I’m signing up with their competitors.
