TVGReviews of tvg.com

I have been betting horses online for many years and i have tried all the major betting sites at one time or another. TVG is the only site I have never gone away from. There are numerous reasons why. A few of theme are they have a great mix of harness as well as thoroughbred racing. They offer great free promos regularly for all players not just new players. But most of all there customer service is amazing. Everone I have ever spoken to is dedicated to taking care of you no matter the reason for your call. There has even been a time or two that someone from customer service has said they will call me back at a specific time to make sure the issue I was calling about was resolved. I always received a call as they stated. I highley recommend giving TVG a try if you are looking for a horse racing betting site.

I've been a long time customer and this is more than likely the best horse racing site out. Would like to see more perks for long-time customers. I looked at a couple of the competitors and I always come back to TVG.

Saved my life during the pandemic. Was a strong supporter for many years, but TVG has continued to up its game. Use of your handicapping tools has been a tremendous help to my enjoyment of your site.

Hard to get money out but alot of info and quick fun with friends

Obviously TVG management does not care about customers when they can accept your deposits very quickly but delay withdrawals.

Been with TVG since pretty much the beginning of their existence but the last few weeks have been rough. I won 1,500 and requested a check and never arrived. I stop payment on the check per their request. I've done this process 3 times!!! They are blaming the USPS, but the funny part is all my mail arrives on time. Either they aren't printing checks or something is up. Never had an issues until now. Very disappointed. Now they are having issues with wire transfers, been about a week and still they claim they sent it to my bank. I'm done with them after this withdrawal going to a different site

Won $500 on this year's derby..requested a withdrawal next day.. no check received yet. Customer service is severely lacking. Asked when check was sent and no answer. Unless it was mailed via pony express...the 10 business day time frame is a joke. Not even a sorry or lousy credit. Been with them for years..no more
