I wasn't happy with your Derby promo
I wasn't happy with your Derby promo. Said my win bet was risk free, I signed up a few days early made a few bets to get use to the process. Made 2 dollar bets, then the derby came along I bet a 100 dollars on a horse to win in the derby assuming it was risk free, only to be disappointed. I should have joined twin spires. I guess. Contacted customer service, they explained I'm out of luck.i would never bet 100 dollars on a single horse, unless risk free. I would like to acknowledge TvG contacted me and after this post and showed their concern with my issue. It was very insuring what was discussed, and what had transpired. I was very surprised how TVG contacted me very quickly and rectified this issue. It is quite obvious TVG was the right betting platform for me. Thanks TVG, I am a fan, and will continue to use the services u provide.
