Hi James, Unsure if you've seen but we do offer a Free PP program on our website. You can find it at the URL below. We offer Free International PPs and the program includes reimbursement for various forms, including PPs that are purchased through the TVG Handicapping Store. Dear Customer, We've used Trustpilots 'Find Reviewer' feature and you should see a prompt to provide some more details so we can assist. We are sorry you feel that way about our services. We've moved away from an inbound call center as our workforce is working from home at this time. If you email us or use our chat feature, we can always set up a scheduled callback time if you need to resolve an issue where we call you back at a scheduled time of your choosing. Further, accounts getting locked out can happen for various reasons. The big one is just using the wrong password multiple times on the account. We definitely want to help and get you back to your day, so despite that it's an email or using our chat feature, we'd love to hear from you.
