Hi there, Though there is a fee for depositing through debit/credit cards, we do have many other deposit options available, some of which have no fee attached. Hi Angie, I see that you spoke with one of our representatives a few minutes ago, I apologize if they did not answer your questions clearly. We did process a withdrawal to the bank account and routing numbers you provided and I've confirmed with our finance department that the transaction was successful on our end. We apologize about not having live phone lines, but it's a necessary measure as our workforce is working from home at this time. As for your withdrawal depending on the method used to make a deposit we may have to wait for it to clear your bank before we can allow those deposited funds to be withdrawn.
