They are very communicative with me, and have answered all questions I have had. The jacket I ordered unfortunately was too small but they are going to exchange it for me with no issues. Great company!

Ordered 2 suits from them. 1 was delivered and was not like the picture and fit weird, the other was never sent. I returned the suit that was delivered and have not received my refund yet. It's been over a week now since it was successfully delivered to them. I have not even heard anything from them about it and their return center shows that it is still in route, though that is incorrect. As for the other suit, the one that was never sent, I still have not received a refund for it! I paid for expedited shipping too. This is garbage company with incredibly terrible customer support, if you can even call it that at this level. I would go somewhere else that is more credible as this place cannot be trusted to give you what you paid for. Stay away. Go to Signature Menswear instead, they are responsive and nice and actually send you what you buy.

I had a great experience dealing with Tuxedo Action. The jacket was very nice and a reasonable price, and it fit great! While the color didn’t match exactly what I was looking for, I had a fantastic experience working with customer service in the return, and they made it super easy. If I’m ever in need of another jacket, I’d definitely come back!

Paid for order through Paypal on 1/22/2024, paid for expedited shipping of 5-7 days.... Date passed without product ever getting shipped.... E-mailed company on 1/29/2024 about not receiving order, no response.... Disputed through Paypal on 1/31/2024, company never responded, received refund due to no seller response on 2/18/2024... Company seems to be based in China.... Avoid at all costs

There customer service is horrible. I did priority shipping to get the blazer and got it later than I paid for. I got it the day before I was leaving for vacation. Which was 11 days after I ordered it when I paid extra for the shipping to be in 5 to 7 days. It was pulled out of the bag, tried on and put right back into the bag because it was way smaller than what it said it was on the website. I measured him before we ordered it to make sure. I just got back from vacation I don’t want this blazer that no one is going to wear because it’s too small. I will pay a reshelfing fee if necessary. This was $162 and it’s still nicely folded in the package it came in. If they sent me the blazer on time like I paid for I would have had time to try it on and return it. However, it’s impossible to make a return in 10 days of ordering when I didn’t even receive it for 11. This company is not worth your money.
