I finally pulled the trigger for new years and it’s easily the one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. The build quality on the bike is amazing, and much much higher than I expected. Shipping was also very quick and the setup was super easy. I was out riding the same day it arrived at my house. I had an issue with the front brake, but their customer support team is amazing and helped me quickly resolve it! Would recommend!!

I ordered the Tuttio Soleil01 directly from the site. The shipping was really fast. I got it for my son's birthday, he loves it! He was happy to ride it even into December in MN. It is something he can use for a long time. I misplaced the keys for it and Tuttio customer service has been so helpful.

Ethan was outstanding, very professional, very courteous and always attentive. You responded very quickly. There were significant delays, however, outside of his control which led to a very, very slow turnaround.
