Tuttio ICT is fast and smooth!

Given that no one company is perfect I am well satisfied with quick response time to my problem and clear direction on what to do to diagnose that a battery I got for whatever reason turned out to be defective: (it can happen to anybody) Tuttiosport met me at my need and decided to replace the battery with free charger to give me peace of mind! Thanks guys!

Save your money and purchase from a different company. Bought the Soleil in Oct '25. By January the bike was giving an error code and would decelerate and not take on any power. We did purchase an extended warranty on the bike. Mid January I contacted the company about the issue. Took almost 2 months to mid March to get them to agree they were going to send a new battery. They asked me to send the old battery back before giving a replacement so they could do proper tests. Apparently you can't just send a battery back on your own, it has to be created by the company and then sent. It took me about a week back and forth with them before they would create a new label which they could have just done in the first place. You can only talk to someone via email and it typically takes them 1-2 days to respond. A new battery was shipped finally (even though there was an issue with the controller as well). There was a FedEx tracking number provided and on 3/17 the battery was delivered to the wrong house. I filed a claim with FedEx and Tuttio. They both wanted to blame the other for the mistake. The claim was closed by FedEx due to the package deemed missing. Tuttio responded with their fix was to charge me for a new battery but at a discount. I spoke to FedEx again and they told me that Tuttio has to file the claim and once they do, it will be investigated and FedEx will reimburse for the missing package. I contacted Tuttio again, asking for the next steps and they just reply be patient they are working on it. I have asked multiple times to speak with a manager and never get a response on that email. This past week we put a friends Tuttio battery into our bike and it gives the same error code. When I inquired with Tuttio they said they have filed a claim with FedEx but they are NOT able to provide a claim number at this time. I said if you had filed a claim there would be a tracking number and again no response. We have asked for a full refund and they said they would send a new battery and this will be the end of it. I again asked for a refund and have not heard back in 4 days. I filed a police report for the missing package, I also asked for a serial number on the battery so I could see if someone in town did have it and maybe tried to pawn it but they said they don't keep track of these numbers. When I first told them about the issue back in January they wanted the serial number off the battery so they clearly do keep track of these numbers. I had to pay for the shipping of the second battery and asked why didn't they purchase shipping insurance or at least a signature on such an expensive item and they told me it just isn't what they do (even though I incurred the cost of shipping). This company is terrible to work with, the positive reviews are filtered by them on their website. I tried to post a review on their website and it was never published because it was not a positive one. We have been without a bike since January with no resolution in sight and a lot of headaches. It really isn't worth it at all.

Good customer service, easy to communicate with. Tuttio is sending a replacement brake to replace the broken one on my bike.

After careful review and research my son and I both choose Tuttio. Customer service went above and beyond to help get him his dream bike! So glad we stuck with this brand and did not venture out into other designs on the market. It's built strong and looks extremely sharp in person. Thank you Tuttio and the customer service that continued to support all of our important questions! My son cant stop staring at his bike haha

I had a great experience with TuttioSport. The bike we received initially had a defective part, but their customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly and shipped the replacement part free of charge without any hassle. I really appreciated how easy they made the process and their willingness to stand behind their product. Highly recommend!

I love this bike, it's one of my favorite purchases of all time. I ordered a second battery to increase the lifespan of the batteries. That battery failed but becasue it is within warranty Tuttio is sending me a repalcement for free. A solid win all around

I have an ICT and an Adria 26. Both great bikes and fun to ride.
